Moderator's Report

Server replay time: 282s

PRibeiro runs off the track after hitting a post at the chicane. He attempts to rejoin at the next corner, but cuts violently across to the left, collecting Dave. PRibeiro didn't bother to submit an incident report, so I can only treat this as an unsafe rejoin.

Server replay time: 318s

JonM carries a bit too much speed into T2, and slides off the track. From this point he is a passenger, and is unable to avoid contact with LeH as he comes back on. Jon spins, and Pero clips him as he goes past. Fortunately both LeH and Pero are able to continue, and Jon waits for a safe opportunity to pull away.

Racing incident.

Server replay time: 446s

Jon is catching James quickly coming up to the last corner. Jon moves to the inside, and gets a slight overlap before the turn-in point. Jon holds a tight line on the inside, but James turns in on him. There is side-by-side contact and James spins.

James should have seen Jon was closing on him and had moved to the inside, and left more room accordingly. I'm reducing this to a warning, as Jon only gets a slight overlap.

Server replay time: 590s

JonM misses the pit lane entrance and cuts across the grass. No other cars were close, so this wasn't hazardous.

Important!

As per the poll results, we will be starting this race 15 minutes earlier than normal. We'll see what effect it has on attendence before making a decision on whether to make this new start time 'the norm'.

I was thinking about taking the Vette here, but seeing as it has a high scoringmultiplier, I might go with the lowest one, the 911 Undecided. I hate that car, but by the points it's the worst car of the 3.

Edit: No way am I gonna pick the 911, what a awefull awefull car. yuk nuke

It would seem the weapon of choice around here is the Capri, especially for you alien types Wink...there were a few doing 1:03's and 1:04's last night in praccy  Shocked
I managed a 1:06 in the 911 but couldnt get quicker in the Capri despite finding it alot more 'planted' and seemingly bags more power out the corners and down the straights. Undecided...weird.

Holy, 1:03's. I'm not gonna take the Capri. I'll go woth the Vette, much more fun.

Some cars are better than others. If you beat a good car in a bad one you get more points and vice versa. Clear?

Well that was pointless!  Managed to log in with less than a minute to go, only to find my pedals stuck with the brake to the floor.  I wish this G25 would hurry up and be released, dammit!

Man, chicken tonight Wink? I was the only Vette out there.
I was kinda pleased with my qually result.
In the beginning of the race I gained some positions by accidents infront, and I was 3rd or 4th at that time. In lap 6 I hit an invisible post in the first chicane, causing me to spin and lose a place. It was very hard to be somewhere near competitive with the Capri's and 911's, and impossible for the whole race. IMO the points need to be more in favour for this car in the future, so not this race (before people start to think wrong).
I had to start with the maximum amount of fuel, 120L. It would be enough for 40 laps, so 4 more. But I know I will need that reserve for the sliding I was about to do in that race Cheesy.
My tyres were gone after 20 laps or so and people were starting to catch up. At some point, lap 25 otr something, I headed for T1 and all of a sudden, my engine locks up and I'm out of control. Never had that before, but after the spin I couldn't get it started anymore. And because I was in the middle of the track, I choice to throw in the towel, and no try every button to get it started again, causing mayhem in that corner.
Oh well, the race was fun, even when I was alone I had a blast throwing the yanktank around. Wish more people would give the beast a try.

Concrats to the podium finishers.

I tried to stay out of peoples way after having to rebuild half my car after a silly accident. Kept picking up stop-go's but was still ahead of the guy behind me, but after he quit and I got a third stop-go I decided to dnf and get out the way. Still the first half of the race was a real blast.

Good qually and then bad race with bad driving from me Sad Sorry to the boys I hit. I shall report myself Sad
Car just didn't seem to handle well in the race. Had done a dummy run in practice and was feeling confidant with that setup but come the race the back end was all over the place and I really should've drove a bit more within myself. In the end I got DQ'd Huh I noticed one cut track warning but no others.....Maybe the marshall were looking at my driving standard Tongue
Sorry once again Smiley
