Championship Standings

Example Setups:

Notes:
(1) It's best if all drivers can make sure they are connected before the Qualifying session as drivers on track during qualifying will not see
cars that join after they are on track until they go back to the garage.
(2) Please make sure you are fully aware of the SimRacing.org.uk Rules especially the
rules about in-game chat messages.
(3) You will need to install Race Room Racing Experience from Steam, and have the Euro and American Track Packs for this series (And maybe another
non pack track occasionally)
(4) Please exercise caution when pitting as some tracks have a speed limit.

(5) Please follow the SROUK guidelines for using kerbs etc. Please keep 2 wheels on the track surface (kerbs do not count as track surface)
Excessive cutting of corners will seen as cheating and the results may be altered to reflect this.

Quite enjoyed that despite dropping back after an early spin. Glen was robbed..... the Nissan used to be significantly
faster than the others in the class so I had given it a 75Kg handicap. Frex reckons it doesn't need it now after the last update
so I will set it to 0 same as the others for the next event. Had some fun chasing and eventually passing the Nissan barge though  Roll Eyes

Short race for me, spun it on lap 4, hit the barrier & killed the engine. Roll Eyes

Congrats to Markus, Frex & Matt.  clap clap clap

Apologies for the little tap on the way through the first time, was probably just enough to unsettle your car exiting the corner. Good battle the second time around though.

Godzilla was great on the straights but particularly weak on the brakes. The times I tried to brake a little later I carried a bit much speed into the corner and got into a four wheel drift, some of which couldn't be rescued.

Well done Markus, Frex and Matt

Yeah the Nissan was by far the quickest car in the Group (just like it was IRL) so was hobbled in the December update to bring it into line with the other cars. It's now based on a Group N variant whereas the others are all still Group A. That means it's almost road-car spec so not surprising those brakes are a bit rubbish! It definitely doesn't need the ballast anymore.

Race with Markus was great fun. Very close throughout, got alongside once or twice but could never make it stick. Nicely done Markus, and congrats Matt for P3. Looking forward to the next one!

It was great fun to race with you frex. You were so close all the time. If I had made the slightest mistake you would have passed me. But fortunately it worked out. Too bad the Geoff didn`t join us. Grats to frex and Matt, thanks to all that joined the race. Cu next time.
