Yes, some people are just barging in on other cars or just running others of the road instead of leaving a little bit of room so everybody can make it to the finish. Or it is a lack of situational awarenes or something..
True, tin top racing isn't without contact, but we all know the netcode is not the greatest for wheel banging. Let's keep that in mind folks.

I don't particularly like Silverstone and it always takes me time to get a decent pace here. Managed to stay out of trouble and in heat 1 I just did not had the pace on Geoff and Kimi. Heat number 2 saw some good action and after both those guyswent wide I could sneak past into P2. Then had my hands full putting pressure on Larry. When I finally got passed it was a matter of hitting my lines and bringing it home.
Altought there was a lot of avoidable contact in a lot of races I did enjoy this series. Thanks for putting it up.

I had an enjoyable night of racing, plenty of close action, Sorry to whoever it was I bumped into under braking at the end of the backstraight at the beginning of the second race, I thought I was going to be able to brake later and get alongside.

Thanks everyone for taking part in the series. It was good to get a half decent size grid with plenty of close (sometimes too close!) action. Next week will be the final round of the RRE GT4 series, then we will do a few fun races over the festive period. The first of which will use the new RRE CUPRA LEON E-racer!

I am finalising plans for the first AC series of 2021 at the moment, get ready to strap into a single seater...…..

Enjoyed the few races I competed in in this series, will hopefully be a Sunday regular from now on. Just a shame the other AC races clash with GTL on Wednesdays

First race last night went well, got pole, took the lead & managed to maintain a small lead over Kimi until the last couple of laps when he dropped back a little.

Race 2 was a little more 'boisterous'. Got to 3rd on lap 1 before having to avoid a moment between the first two which dropped me back a little. Then Kimi & I went abreast into Copse, not a good idea, collision sent Kimi wide so waited for him. Made it back up to 3rd before again the leaders collided & I could not avoid the Focus involved & bumped it into a spin. Although not really my fault I decided to wait & resumed dead last. Eventually caught the two other Focuses dicing for 4th & just pipped Stephen for 4th on the line.

Congrats to Stefan on race 2 victory & to the others on the podium.  clap clap clap
