LeMans is always a challenge and I like the early versions of this track but I was too tired to keep concentration  Sad

Once again thanks to Hristo & DD for providing setups.  Tried them but found them no better than my own with regards to the main problems with the car: no brakes, no grip & excessive understeer into corners, & oversteer with any sort of power application on anything but straight sections.  Had a very different approach myself, with only 10% power diff, in an attempt to curb the oversteer problem.  Maybe that was part of the reason for you guys pulling away from me under acceleration.

I didn't upload a setup actually. I only started late 2 hours before the race, using DD's setup as a base, but kept experimenting all the way until the end of qualifying. Tried all kind of extremes until it (somewhat) clicked. A matter of luck it actually worked so well...

Great racing at one of not my favorite circuits (Yes, because of the straight).

Hristo with so much power, Coyote with great strategy. It was tough for me to beat them, especially after the slow pit stop. The truth though is that I didn't had their pace.

During my qualy lap I was lucky to get big amount of Kurt's slipstream.

Sympathies to Geoff, he was going so well with Aston Martin and was caching me.

Grats to H and Erling. Great end to the race. Wink

Still get the error message re Masser??

The car works fine off line  Huh  Can someone please send me a folder for the Maserati and I will overwrite what I currently have?

I notice that the old repository of cars and circuits is still there but I find that the files cannot be downloaded via Google Drive. Has something changed? or is it once again ME  Undecided

Car files have to be in exactly same location in folder structure as in server.

If the files are in different folder they work fine offline, but as the game asks server load the car by using .car file with path (example gamedata\teams\tc-65\austin cooper s\313\313_mini_tc65.car), the server can't load the car if it is in different folder and boots the player with "car not present in server."

I do have a plan about adding file validator to my tools in which you could check if your install matches to one in server and it would then tell you if there's potential problem with the install...
Perhaps it happens next year with the NoGrip Legacy server. Smiley
