Cool. We are again in lock down here. So I can imagine me being around for this one as GT2's are good to drive.

The Porsche and Ferrari may be part of Assetto corsa DLC packs, cant remember off the top of my head, but if you've done any Sunday night GT2 races in the last couple of years you have probably already got them

OK, just checked in game, the BMW & Ferrari are already there, the Corvette & Porsche are part of DLCs. Now if I use a BMW or Ferrari, do I still need to purchase the DLCs with the Corvette & Porsche in, or is it like R3E where you can race against cars that you do not own?

No Geoff, unfortunately with AC you'll need all the cars, not just the one you want to use. Otherwise you'll not be able to get on the server.

OK thanks Frex. Not sure I will bother at present just for the one race, maybe when there is a full series I will buy the DLCs.

Well I took the plunge & bought the cars needed for this, BUT I am miles off the pace judging by the last time you raced these at Spa, certainly don't get on as well with these as the TCR cars. Currently doing 2.23s which is some 7s off the pace of the fastest guys, not expecting to match their times, but struggling to know where to find a couple of seconds, let alone 4 or 5!  Huh

These cars are not balanced and technically from different eras of GT racing. I think the BMW and Ferrari may have been racing together in GT2 but the C7 is a later GTE car and the Porsche is a few years after that.
