After missing the first race of this series I'm hoping for a good showing. Ran well on the practice server on Friday, so hoping for good things to come from it.

What times are you guys doing? I'm concerned to see the 350Zs and TVRs doing 1:56s offline...

I'm concerned to see the 350Zs and TVRs doing 1:56s offline... OMG! I'm a lot slower than that, although I haven't done a lot of setup work yet!

Where did you see that? GTR2Rank shows the best lap of any NGT (barring a silly 1.27) being 1.57 and the best TVR at 2.00.

Just did an offline race with the AI set to 110%. The 350Z did a 1:56.7 best lap time with the TVR less than half a second behind. The worrying thing is I'm struggling in the high 2:02s with my porker.

They are wrong. I doubt anyone will get near 2 minutes in a TVR, let alone a 350Z.
Edited to say that the negative ballast might just make it a possibility in a TVR, but I can't see the 350Z doing it.

I hope you are right Paul. I'm as surprised as you by the times. Perhaps the negative ballast screws up the times in the hands of the AI. All I know is I couldn't live with the 350Zs on the track in that race.

The AI cars don't use the real physics.
