Moderator's Report

Server replay time: 287s

On the formation lap, at the final corner there is the usual concertina effect as the cars slow down to get the limiters on. The effect is exaggerated by Linescom moving past Truetom, and EdamSpeed & MarkMC bumping the cars ahead. Jimmy approaches a bit too quickly, but manages to get on the brakes in time to avoid the slow cars, who are busy trying to get back into their correct starting positions. Ivansmivens is travelling even faster, and piles into the back of Jimmy, removing his wing and spinning him around. Jamera also comes steaming in, avoids Ivan but hits Jimmy. After this contact Jamera attempts to "sumo" Jimmy's car out of his way, which is completely unnecessary.

The incidents were caused by a lack of care approaching the speed limiter zone. Drivers should be anticipating the slowdown at this point, so should avoid high speeds and give themselves some room to the car ahead.

For the enduro event i had meds front and rear and although they did ok you just loose time to the 550's and especially lambo's....pit really...lambos can do soft fronts np at all  surrender

With that in mind i loved driving the saleen at the Brno events and will drive it some more even tho it wont give me sniff at winnig...Ill try a diff car sometime but the 550 bores me to death and Lambo is even worse...not worried about 20% penalty anymore either.

For the Sprint event i was going to try soft fronts but i got disco at start...i do believe i wouldve been struggling tho 3/4 was through

Had a good close race with Jon  Cool
Start went and first few laps I was more working on keeping Ruskus behind, then after I got heat in the tires I could start focusing ahead.
Noticed car seemed to have a slight edge on the strait over the Lambo, which in turn was faster in the fast corners
I managed to get by on lap 3 down to T2, thought I might try since I was so far up inside, didn't know if I could keep the lead but gotta try hehe
Gap stayed within 1s for over half the race, then increased abit in the end.

First hand experience in the 575 and feels nice, think I'll switch to it in the endurance, just can't seem to get attached to the Vette atm.

Well i hit the race button after qualifying, only to find that i wasn't starting from the grid - oh no.
In fact, my time was so cr@p, that the server decided to let me start the race from the goddamn forest, behind the grandstand, with a load of 2D spectators.

Had a look at the .AIW file and can't see anything obviously wrong with the grid or teleport locations for slot 25 or either of the slots either side of it. Huh

Hi all do you remmember I was put in the trees at a fun race. I made a pigs ear of the race my set up made the poor car overheat so had to baby it all through the event . I thought simon would get me at the finish. I just had to drive at 3/4 power and stay in the highest gera I could if thats any help to others, thought it would blow up toward the end. cheers for now gerald

Yip, i remember as i was up front on teh grid...cant remember who exactly but the guy was stuck on the lower grandstands at magny. I also remember something being mentioned about it by Dave or Simon about a grid limit for that track maybe solving the issue.

Also, doesn't the trick work in GTR2 which it did in GTL where if u have trouble joining the grid to esc back to pits, select someone else's car (click their name) and re-join grid?
