I made a mistake and had to Shift-R which meant a stop/start in the pits.
There is no need to s&g in the pits in this championship.

I appreciate the S&g rules vary between the championships which can be a bit confusing. Perhaps it would be better to have a consistent approach next season.

the solution: mod pro
no reset, no s & g

this is the best way to learn to be careful over time   angel

IMO this is a Fun series

- when you have to reset, the tyres are cold and you have a full load of fuel again and a high risk starting with a cold engine to kill it soon.

LoL Pete,
by a S+G in Spa67 you loose maximum 10-12 sec!

But yes, its good to read the racepost before a race and look for such things - we are trying to make our posts easy to understand  Roll Eyes

Very good result for me, apologies to Greg there was a bit of a flicker as we all braked into the hairpin and then suddenly you were spinning. Chased hard after Tris but it was really tough to sit behind another car at a track as fast as this. I did go off slightly, and then Tris had a big off at Masta. Luckily I missed everything, and that was that.

As a general policy, I just don't employ resets even if available.  Considering the initial error I made to fall off the road and then leap back directly in front of Philippe, well that just enforced the decision to retire.

Yesterday, I took a tour of the infield area of Blanchimont and discovered that there is no way to escape other than driving up the grade as I did in the race.
