Well I was pretty quick if nothing else. After a great qual and getting my first pole took it very easy into the first corner then went and broke too late for the second and back to ninth I went. Made my way back up the field and due to the battles and a bit of team help I was back up to first. Tyres beginning to go (poss rears overheating) and lost it again Back to 6th again making way back up the field. My teamate chunky made a slight error at turn 2 and a I tried to outbrake him into 3 but heavily locked wheel and off again. What a numpty....... 5th overall in the end but it could have been so much better. Congrats to the podium and there was plentry of great racing in there! Apologies to Luke and Chunky on my second off as held them up badly. sorry chaps

Almost didn't do this race, had a headache and this got worse in qual. Did one stint and watched the rest through one eye. Race wasn't so bad, the concentration keeps the pain at bay but it's killing me now. Off to bed to recover, thanks for the race all.

That was a blur! Outqualified by Picnic for (I think) the first time this season, then had absolutely no pace in the first half of the race and was really starting to worry about whether I was going to struggle in the Endurance event too as Pete disappeared up off the road. But then Pete had a massive moment and I got past, followed by a stupid mixup on my part where I was much too keen to let him by and caused him to run off again. Suddenly when the fuel hit about 25 litres the car just came to me all of a sudden and I started popping in consistent 1:37s and catching the cars of Chunky and Beholder, joined after a while by Paul Richards recovering from his first off. Time was running out but I was closing in; Paul had another big moment and that cost me a quite a lot of time when I couldn't quite capitalise and squeeze by, but now I was onto the back of what was now a four way scrap for the final podium spot with a few laps left. Paul went off yet again and that put me fifth, and now Chunky was getting away in 3rd and Beholder was looking very ragged in places. Was gobsmacked to see Luke off (presumably from the lead) with a blown engine, which meant I had at most 2 laps left to find a way past Beholder and onto the podium; by now my front left had started to go off and I was struggling a bit braking for right handers, but with the clocking ticking down to 0 I managed to get a great run out of the final corner and into the tow, but to my dismay the chequered flag came out as we were a lot closer to the leading car than I expected, and I lost out on a bronze medal by just 0.152s.

My first race down and what a race.
Qualified in 4th and then finishing the race in 3rd
1st half of the race was so close.4 of us pulled away to a point where we couldn't see 5th.
Paul had a few offs which cost him,and dynodaz had an off at turn 1 but made a great recovery to eventually win. My problems started 10Min's from the end, i couldn't believe how quick my tyres faded away. All i was looking at was Dave's blue 350z getting bigger, talk about pressure. i had to wrestle the car round to stay in front of him and kept going wide. Couldn't turn, wouldn't stop, i thought he had me for sure. I dint remember the last couple of laps much,it was a case of look in the mirror, check the time, look in the mirror, check the time! Cant wait for the next 1 NICE RACE LADS:)

What a race!! I think the lead changed about 5 times in the first half of the race. Then it was the 3, 28cd boys in the lead pulling away from the rest with Paul and Luke in front on me, only to find a couple of laps later they had a coming together in turn 4 and were in the middle of the track, tried to avoid them and let the 2 guys behind me through, with some good racing and a nail biting finish I managed 2nd. Just like to thank Beholder, Luke, Paul and Darren for some very close and clean racing, cheers boys congrats to Darren for the win. See ya at the endurance

Really cant believe my luck :'( Qualified in 2nd just behind Paul and after his off in the 1st lap I was able to grab 1st place and stayed there for a few laps till I made a couple of mistakes and Darren got past me. Was fighting with Darren and when I got past him along the s/f start I got hit up the rear which sent me sliding off along the grass, back to 4th place. So had to really push to gain positions, got back up behind Darren and he had an off at turn 1 which let me through.Paul was behind me so I let him go past as he is the Champ leader and has a better chance of winning the champ than me,but he also had an off and me and Chunky went into the side of him.Was able to rejoin in 1st with Darren right behind me. Penultimate lap, after having to push the engine so much to regain positions and get back from being hit up the rear,etc...the Porka engine just gave in,didnt want to play no more :'( fell really .
