As Jan starts braking he moves slightly left and then right again, and Leuven is caught out and has to stand on the brakes, causing his car to move right slightly and tag the back of Jan, spinning Jan and putting both cars onto the grass.
The primary fault rest with Leuven who could have moved further to the left before the braking zone, but Jan's little move under braking is rather ill advised too and mitigates a penalty somewhat.

Perdy is approaching Bernie Lomax coming out of McLeans. He dives up the inside into Coppice and would've been safely through save that he snatched a front brake in his haste and understeered into Bernie, who had reached a point where he had to turn in.
It was a particularly regrettable place to outbrake a car being lapped as there is a much more convenient long straight immediately afterwards.
