Gentlemen, with the championships defined, can we do the last race with only one server?
We had 10 on the Privateers server and 7 on the Works server. So if we get similar numbers for the final round then one server would be sufficient. We'd have to be sure that no more than 19 drivers turn up for the final round otherwise someone will miss out.

However, given that the championships are decided (pending formal moderation but I've only got one incident report to check and that didn't involve any of the championship contenders) then we could just say first come first served. I'm OK either way, I don't mind running 2 servers but a full grid is more fun.

The final round is better known, being part of the 55 Rank, and is a lot simpler than Dundrod.  There could be a large number of disappointments with only one server.

Congratulations to Jonny for the Championship.

As has already been said, there was nothing that I could do to prevent Evil and Doni from passing me off the start.  The Gordini just didn't have a gear for the start or the hairpin!

Following the pack and noting the cars in the hedges I found that my brakes had gone into the red on the opening lap.  I had to back off a bit from Doni to get back into my rhythm.  Then I started to close on Doni but made my usual error at Wheeler's Corner and found myself in the field on the outside.

I had to wait for Fulvio to come past before I could venture back onto the tarmac.

I spent the next lap closing on Fulvio, with the hope of a slipstream pass as we started the next lap.  But that never happened as Fulvio visited my picnic spot from the previous lap.

After that I was just trying to keep what is left of my concentration to make it to the finish.  Doni and Phil left the race and I found myself in a distant third spot.  I was just thinking that it was a good day for the Soggies when I noticed that Enrique was no longer running, having crashed due to a monitor malfunction on the last lap.

Absolutely gutted for Enrique and devastated to find that Bernie had a similar misfortune in the Privateer's race.

Perhaps Buenos Aires will be kinder.
