Although you won't see any changes to it whilst filing a report, I've made some fairly major changes to how it works behind the scenes. If you try to submit a report and there is any sort of error or unexpected behaviour, please either PM me or report it here so that I can investigate and make any necessary changes. Thanks.

Quick update: please don't submit reports for multiple, unrelated incidents in a single form. A PM is sent to each person you've identified as being involved, so if multiple times are given for incidents involving different sets of drivers, each one has to work out which of the times relates to them and which does not.

So, please submit one report per incident. There is a link back to the event page after you have submitted a report so it's very easy to submit another report immediately afterwards.

Reminder: if you get an incident reporting involving you, as the PM you get says, do not assume that the other driver was the one doing the reporting, or that they are blaming you. Do not get into a PM argument with them; do watch the replay, report your side of the story, and see if there's anything you can learn from the incident.
