Notes:
(1) It's best if all drivers can make sure they are connected before the Qualifying session as drivers on track during qualifying will not see
cars that join after they are on track until they go back to the garage.
(2) Please make sure you are fully aware of the SimRacing.org.uk Rules especially the
rules about in-game chat messages.
(3) You will need to install Race Room Racing Experience from Steam, and have the Euro and American Track Packs for this series (And maybe another
non pack track occasionally)
(4) Please exercise caution when pitting as some tracks have a speed limit.

(5) Please follow the SROUK guidelines for using kerbs etc. Please keep 2 wheels on the track surface (kerbs do not count as track surface)
Excessive cutting of corners will seen as cheating and the results may be altered to reflect this.

nice difficult race for everyone, we have seen that the Nissan and the Audi are the same and 20 kg of ballast are right even if the Audi is more constant while the Nissan is fast but after 20 minutes of the race it suffers from tires and brakes. the track this was very difficult for the GTOs, we'll see at the next one, however great work. Martin the GTOs I really like. hello to tweety.

Thanks Riccardo for your words of support  Cool

I did some more testing, and I think the handicap is probably about right now.
The Ford may still be slightly slower, but I was not able to close in on Birger down the hill
so is close enough.

Geoff is a master of the Ford, so would have been interesting to see how he would have done.

The weight handicap is only a small adjustment, it's the power reduction that makes the most difference
I had the Nissan with too much power handicap, so gave it a bit more power, and it seemed to work well

Let me think about who is tweety....... Huh  Grin

Fun and difficult race.

During practice i really had difficulties to understand the car (understeer at turn-in and oversteer at corner exit  Grin). Number one rule for me, is to be easy with the throttle and braking pedal  Grin. Sometimes difficult when you come from an other type of car the week or days before.

Surprisingly during race almost no problems. Had a good start and overtook Martin and Chunky (towards Chunky, sorry to push you towards the gravel  no(couldn't turn more, otherwise i spinned), luckily you backed off thumbup1) .

congrats to Bonni, to fast for me. Also riccardo i couldn't follow, Spanner i couldn't follow at the beginning but when the race was over halfway i could follow spanner but at the end the small mistakes made the difference.

Had a semi fight with Martin. Only bummer was the mistake of Martin in the S-section, other wise it could be an entertaining fight i think.

The Mustang was fine (only thing is, i change totally the basic setup (+/- 2sec gain)). If i had a good exit at forest elbow i could even make a run on the nissan/audi at the straight.

If a new series pops up, i don't take the fastest/easiest car, but just take the most cool looking car  Grin Grin Grin Grin

So like the Ford Mustang, my dad and even myself love mustang car's. So Mustang it is, you only need to adept your driving style towards the car.

I feel your pain JP, I went through this several months ago. I don't really know what fixed it, I tried to remove the 'mild overclock' the PC came with but ended up running the CPU even faster but this coincided this a big RRE update so whether either one was the fix I'll never know. I hope you can sort yours quickly.

Was struggling in practise circulating on my own so have to thank everyone i ended up following to help work out how to drive the track in these things. Even following Bonni and Riccardo made me realise i needed to reign it back in a bit. Thankfully had taken out some of the oversteer.

Seemed to just have enough to stay ahead of Birger despite a few lapses of concentration.. hard work, pretty hardcore combo!
