Actually the Flobbo's?? Mods to Silverstone at least seem to give the track a little more....atmosphere, doing 1.28 atm in the FW07 so seeing as I'm around (very around) the sort of times you're all doing I'm pretty happy, oh and it is a truly excellent series. Looking forward to a few races.....fingers crossed!
More practice needed!

You need to make sure you've bought the cars you want to race in Unrestricted mode not just Historic mode.

Downloaded the mod (+ the 1150 patch - haven't played rFactor for about a year) this afternoon. Took quite a while to adjust to the lack of steering feedback, but then started to get in the groove with the Williams. Last lap was a 1.23.2, and I'm sure more aggresive cutting at the chicane would improve that. Also tried the Wolf and it felt really bad in comparison, so I parked very quickly.

If I make it it will be the Brabham for me. Funny thing without a front wing Grin

Looks like it's either lost my post or they've deleted the contents. I suspect the former. Oh well, I try! Grin

I do think it's about time they split up the forum into different forums running on different machines as the software was never designed to run that many groups, topics and posts.

Just did a few laps round the 88 version of Silverstone ,  seems much better version from what ive seen from in-car cameras...obviously Woodcote is different but all the corners seem bang on.

I upgraded the Brabham, but that sucked. They fitted a front spoiler and the engine sounds like a child that's being slapped Lips Sealed.

Better stick the to the wingless brabham, which is a handfull, but boy is it fast in a straight line.

Why is there a stupid dip before s/f, really hard to get through there Embarrassed

So what cars are you all thinking of taking? It strikes me that the Williams FW07 plus one or 2 others are well out in front, and it would be a shame to see a grid full of Williams.
