Moderator's Report

Server replay time: 120s

FreQ's speed on the pace lap was well in excess of what we recommend in the starting procedure. This created a potentially dangerous situation where the NGT cars were going almost flat out just to keep up.

  • Joss (FreQ)caution — excessive speed on the pace lap

Server replay time: 291s

Beholder disengages his pit limiter several tenths of a second before Dave Gymer who is ahead of him. Dave was tardy getting his limiter off by a few tenths but turn 1 was hectic enough without the additional risk posed.

  • John (Beholder)penalty — premature acceleration on the pace lap — 2 places lost (plus 1 for penalty points)
For advice only - unreported by victim, so penalty disregarded

I'm very dissapointed. I put a lot of practice into this track, I was getting consistant high 1:52's in praccy, so I thought I would have my best Enduro so far consistancy wise.

Had a good start was able to settle down quickly and on the second lap got a better run out of the parabolica than Don and as I pulled out from behind him I saw Adam's Beamer planted in the tyres at the pit entrance.

I was a bit supprised to see his car dissapear and then reappear to my and Don's left (don't know if Don saw the same thing) but luckily there was no accident and I was able to take Don into Rettifilo.

And that was it! got around to Ascari on the next lap and got a wheel on the curb...Game Over! Hit the wall, limped to the pit, waited almost 2 mins while the repairs took place and went to pull out, and as I adjusted my position in my chair I pulled out my Joystick cable with my foot...... DOH!

I used a few choice words and plugged it back in....it didnt work......GREAT! Nothing I could do but to press escape.

Was really looking forward to this race...ahh well nevermind

Roll on Germany!

Bad luck Reign Man, you looked like you were going to go well. You'll live to fight another day Wink Yes- Adam's car was warping all over the place, thats why I was being watchful (slowish) comming out of the Parabolica!

Lucky race for me,after seeing Nevs quallifying time I knew it wasnt going to be easy.
On first lap at first chicane I had to slam the brakes on when all the cars in front came to a halt but when into the back of him and really damaged front of the car and got hit from behind which also damaged the rear.
I was watching Nev pull away and Beholder right up behind till he lost it(unlucky m8),and Giz´ didnt seem to be quick enough to catch me and I was starting to calm  down.
Pitted quite late whilst I was first and didnt repair damage, which was lcky cause I came out only 3 secs in front of Giz.Nev was still in front but he pitted again which lead me to finish first.
Championship looks interesting but probably going to be out of my reach.....will see....10 points behind with 2 round left  Undecided ,gonna be fun  Shocked
