Most likely just a casual entry in this series, Phil.  TYVM for setting this up.

Thanks for organising this, I will be back from my holiday in Madrid on the 10th of September (if the flights are confirmed, fingers crossed) and will be able to participate in most of these races.

I found this quote from another GPL racing league - ' Accidents would be inspected by 2 (or 3) regular drivers selected after each race. '  A possible alternative, if a Moderator will not take responsibility for post-race work.

An interesting idea but I suggest it is just another way of recruiting a moderator. The moderating can be a bit hard work at times (have a look on this page to see what the job entails). So I'm always keen to keep the overhead to a minimum. Moderating 4 races a week instead of 6 is one way to do it (bear in mind that incidents are never only assessed by a single moderator, it is a joint effort, several moderators review each incident) it will keep the work load down for everyone. Having Fridays as a "fun" night is bit like what used to happen with the B.R.E.A.S.T.S races. These races were not moderated and neither were they imported so there are no old results to peruse. The difference here is that we will import the Friday races and maintain a championship table.

Having read the job description, if anyone is mad keen to join the moderating team, send me a PM and we can discuss it further.

I already know that, I was referring to my status as "Professional", "Intermediate" or "Amateur".
