I forgot about the strange chequered flag position and backed off to pull into the pitlane  Undecided Maybe I should have remembered, but it seems there were a few others who also forgot or did not know.

When I passed the chequered flag I was in 4th place and all alone, so had no reason to push any further or harder.

Good to get a new season under way  Wink

I have to apologize for the T1 chaos,
the two M9s started so slow that I meandered through the middle. in T1 I had the upper line and assumed that Yannick would stay down.
Unfortunately, we both pulled into each other's line and met in the middle....

Just looked at it:

In the last lap you were for some seconds disconnected but came back you crossed the line at 0:48:05 in pos 1

Yes, in the replay I desapear for a few seconds, but in the car I didn't notice anyting wrong, and looks like it didn't count that lap. So thanks for reviewing it.

Well,  I apologise for the contact with Bob in the first lap.  I took a very inside line for the first hairpin to avoid any contact like happened behind us. Wasn't planing a braking pass.

In the race I was just very carefull not to make any mistakes and it looks like I was just luckier than the faster guys.

Congratulations to our podium finishers!  Well done.

Good fun arsing about in the Pease Eagle.  Hopelessly outclassed, of course, but winning isn't everything.  Besides, I despise aero racing cars.

A useful P12 for some points on the board and without competitor resets, that would have been a tasty P5, boys.  Next time, behave yourselves!  Smiley
