Just my opinion but...........do we really need 30mins for qualy?

I don't know how long a lap takes but I'm guessing it's about 2mins?

A ten minute qualy session would be more exciting IMO.

I have to agree with Tony. I hate big qualifying sessions. I am a fan of 1 hot lap session as well.

I think that longer race needs a longer qualifying session. I have already dropped the qualifying (per drivers request and based on discussion) in normal races from 30 to 20 minutes, twin races from 20 to 15 minutes and endurance races from 45 to 30 minutes.

And yes, I keep the qualifying lengths standardized based on the race type so if we drop qualifying here to 10 minutes for example, it will be the same for 2 hours of Isle of Man as it is an endurance race.

But anyways, here we go. I opened discussion about this and will do the changes based on that:

The pit lane speed limit is set to high IMO.

It seems to be set at 150KPH and probably should be more like 50KPH.

1970's they did not have limits at all. Most likely this track has been built for period pit lane speeds.
So, you can imagine Porsche 917K going more than 100 miles per hour thru the pit lane.

Yes that's probably the case. Just be careful with your speed tho as your pit stall may be at the beginning of the pit lane.

My brain while checking the race invitation before posting it:
I fixed the race invitation record breaking 12 times before the race and still got the points system wrong.  Cry

I am terribly sorry Tony, due my mistake, points needs correction. The invitation has now correct scoring for this event.
Hopefully it is not too late?

If it's not possible to get the basic points fixed anymore, you could possible do the fixing with additional / penalty points as follows:
- Suti needs additional 11 points (has now 4+5 = 9 points, should have 20 points for winning smaller class)
- phspok needs additional 10 points  (has now 4+4 = 8 points, should have 18 points for 2nd in smaller class)
- Clive needs additional 14 points (has now 1+1 = 2 points, should have 16 points for 3rd in smaller class)
- Chris needs additional 5 points (has now 2+2 = 4 points, should have 9 points for 5th in bigger class)

I am really sorry about this. Totally my fault by using Gesamtstrecke invitation as template, while it was supposed to be only race with two divisions and so only race with division based points.  helpsmilie

Your work has been absolutely top notch and I really appreciate the time you put in to this after each race.
