Firstly, congrats to the podium especially Paul Richards and Ferrari Tongue for taking his first win!!!

Unlucky Buckie, yeah, the cars disappearing became a hairy moment.

I qualified 9th and after Perdy got his stop/go (unlucky) moved up to 8th! chased  Reign Man (very good drive!) for the whole race, was never more than 1.5 secs apart and just could see any opening to even try to overtake!!
But that moment when they disappeared..... was about .5 of a sec behind really thought there would have been a coming together, SOOOOOO lucky when they all came back that there wasn't.

Well it leaves the championship all down to the last race........ interesting!!

Guess I should be pleased, I had only seen a variation of this circuit in GTL until just after 7pm tonight. Tried a couple of setups, thanks Shark, and just tried to be consistent. Had one off when something fell off my hi-fi rack and scared the be-jesus out of me. Then had the usual scrappy laps trying to get it together again and almost pulled my G25 off the desk. The extra under table foot the Momo Racing had really makes a difference in my view but sadly gone on the wheel but present on the shifter  Undecided

I had let Dave passed as I was all over the place but as I got my head back together Dave ran wide and I set off after Tinman. The TVR is good under brakes and I managed to get passed and claim back the 10th place I started at.

Well impressed by how consistent everyone has got, there are no cheap places on offer these days  Cheesy

We won't run any more dual server races after the final round at Barcelona. If only there were an options to have the server not bother compressing the replay.

Yeah sorry Perdy. I use the files that come with the replays. If they are dodgy, so are the lapcharts. That's why I always mention they are unofficial.

I'll fix the results tomorrow morning whilst waiting my customary hour for IBM's WebSphere Application Developer to start and sync to F*rd's PVCS repostiry (I'm not kidding - I really do have 40-60 minutes of completely unproductive time every morning at the moment!).

I knew i hadnt finished 1st which made the race end even stranger lol. Once i quit and went to chat everyone was saying well done buckie, i was thinking they were being sarcastic and i had done something really wrong lmao. I then looked at grid and realised it showed me as 1st and whole field had DNF. Grin

I've now corrected the results, which show Buckie finishing in 4th just ahead of Colin Hines.

It was definately just! As he had a backmarker, one of the Team Oldies M3's just ahead of him and myself and Darren were closing in fast. With another lap or two it may have been interesting!

TinMan's M3, which was clearly about half a second a lap slower, but try as I might I just couldn't find a way past. .

.

I spent all the race trying to figure out why you didn't breeze past me down the inside under braking(like you usually do). Picnic came along and did just that!!
It may have been a nightmare for you but I really enjoyed it - sorry.

Gutted to have missed this one, was really looking forward to it.  Doesn't look like I'm going to be able to do this weekends Enduro either Sad.

That said, I've just ordered a new PC so hopefully I'll be good to go for Barca.
