Season 39 – 1967 F1 (Privateers) – Round 4 – Zolder
For Round 4 of the 67F1 Privateers championship we will race at Zolder in Belgium. Built in 1963, Zolder hosted the Formula One Belgian Grand Prix on 10 separate occasions in the 1970s and 1980s, as well as the 1980 Belgian motorcycle Grand Prix. F1 moved to Zolder in 1973 and with the exception of a race at Nivelles-Baulers in 1974, Zolder was the location of the Belgian Grand Prix until 1982. That year, Canadian driver Gilles Villeneuve was killed during qualifying at the 1982 Belgian Grand Prix. Villeneuve's Ferrari 126C2 collided at speed with the March of Jochen Mass. The Ferrari was torn up in the accident and when rolling, Villeneuve was thrown from the car.
After Villeneuve's death, the Belgian Grand Prix was held at Spa-Francorchamps in 1983, before returning to Zolder one final time in 1984. Fittingly, Ferrari driver Michele Alboreto won the race carrying Villeneuve's #27 on his car. Since 1985, the Belgian Grand Prix has permanently moved to Spa.

You could try a manual install into your Seasons folder. Open the folder and click open the 67season.ini. Add these lines at the bottom of the text : [Event**] name=Zolder shortname= Zolder GP trackdirectory=zolder67 month=5 day=21 numberOfLaps=70 startingGrid=3 You'll need to fill in the Event number, and also at top of page : numEvents. Both will be +1 . Save file. This tells the Sim where to find your track folder. Go Bernie!  |

Cheers Fran , tried that but no go . I even deleted tracks from the 67 seasons and tried other seasons , still have zilch  |

Can't get this track to load into my 67 seasons file though it shows in the tracks directory Are you sure that it isn't just hiding? It lists itself as Grands Prix du Limbourg(zolder67) and it took me ages to spot it. |

Bernie, The errors in a season.ini file are not always associated with the track you are trying to run. I have a season.ini file for my server which works if you want to try it. Just replace your 67season.ini file with the following code: [Season]

Thanks chaps Just got back from Wales and have got it sorted . Now for my customary 3 laps of practice in order to establish a new WS track record (WS = Worlds Slowest ) get it !  Phil I will give the ini a go after the race , otherwise sure to cock things up |

I really hate such a track...
I missed a gear on turn 1 after my PB of the race and I went off the track.
First DNF of the season.
