So what is the maximum rain percentage used in the files?  50%? 100%?

The number used in the file doesn't correspond directly to what you see in the UI but the script will potentially use the full range of conditions (which actually include more variations of dry - from clear to heavily overcast than anything else). However, the system is biased against the extremes so monsoon conditions will be rare, especially if the real world report is clear and dry.

Loved the weather file guys- it's the sort of thing that could really keep a championship open and exciting and add even more to the complexity.

I thought the actual changes were a bit clunky i.e. the dry-to-suddenly-chucking it down on the warm-up lap but perhaps that will be sorted for GTR3  whistling
