Well that was more exciting than I expected after the first couple of laps.
Looked like Massimo & Simone were going to be in a race of their own at the front but an early incident allowed me into the lead. Riccardo was only a second or two behind & it stayed like that for a few laps until Massimo & Simone returned to the fray & passed him. They soon caught me too & although I kept the lead for a short while, Massimo inevitably got past. A few corners later Simone went past too, but I think he outbraked himself & forced Massimo wide & I was able to retake the lead. Simone then disappeared leaving me to attempt to hold off Massimo, but to no avail, he got past with a couple of laps left to take the win. Great racing guys.
Congrats to Massimo on the win & Riccardo in 3rd.
A big thanks to Matt for his organisation this year, I know it has been trying at times, but we all appreciate your efforts.
And as Frex said thanks to all who turned up to make the racing enjoyable.
Look forward to more great racing in 2022. (Of course there is still one race left this year!)
