So whats the deal with the 917,  only 4 people dared use it so far and we're half way through the season...

I know Tim is using it at Sebring, I'm thinking to send it at Feldbergring, are we gonna get to Monza and have half the grid in a 917  laugh

Well that was terrible. I somehow managed to overwrite my setup with the default one, so had to start again & never got a car that handled predictably for the race. Struggled on for around 20someting laps but was so far behind it was not worth the effort carrying on so pulled into the pits & retired. Only one more drive in that confounded car!!! LOL.

Congrats to all finishers.  clap clap

I am finding it hard to make this new starting time. Got the rig setup and logged in just in time, but really no time to do proper qually. So had to start from last place.
Made a half decent start, picking off two cars. Then it was made easy for me by the two Finns, taking each other out. Followed Syd and Lorenzo for a while untill I got company of GT, who was a bit faster. Decided not to put up much of a fight, as it is a long race. After some laps GT dived into a tiny hole just when I floored it for the exit of T12 onto the backstraight. Don't know if that caused much damage as it was the slowest part of the track, but noticed GT quitting after a few more laps. What happened GT? Was looking forward to a good fight. Most of the race was on my own after that, but still rewarding to finish after 90min.

Congrats to the podium!

I wasn't too happy with myself after that one due to all the offs I had (And especially the contact with the wall in the final turn after missing a gear) - but having tested positive this morning for Covid I think I probably did pretty well considering Grin

Well done Max, sorry for not making it harder - I should have been about 40 seconds faster last night if I hadn't made so many mistakes Sad

Nevermind - I loved the track as always and eventually sussed out setting the Pork up for it.
Germany next!
