I have to take my lad to work this Sunday evening which means I need to be out the house by 9:30pm latest. Any chance of an earlier start? If not, no problemo.

Hi GT,

I am reluctant to move the start time as when i have done that in the past it often ends up annoying other people and we are back to square one. If you race for 45mins you will still get some championship points!

I'm sure Max was being kind as he is normally much quicker than me but was fun chasing for the first half, despite on the first lap messing up braking on cold tyres into the chicane and damaging my front nose. Was expecting major handling issues but it still drove ok. But i guess there is a limit on damage in total as on the lap Max headed to the pits i clipped the wall on the exit of the banked turn and the engine just died.

Was actually enjoying that, the cars are not easy to drive... but was properly sweating during it.

eh I wasn't being that kind..   apart from the first lap when I saw you go off at the bus stop and went a bit slower and waited for you to catch up.  Lucky for you it was clear after a lap or 3 you had survived with no damage to pace and we were off again.  Then I was trying, for sure I had a pace advantage but not so massive this time, and I was really struggling in those tight corners as its impossible to see the apex or know when to get on the power with this single screen.  Some cars its ok but this DP has such wide windscreen A pillar / roll cage it just blocks the view  Sad

Shame you and SRW both managed to blow your engines around pitstop time, but it was good fun up till that  Smiley

these cars certainly are a blast to drive, just a pity the number of participants was low this week. But there is still two rounds of the series to go, Road Atlanta and Road America!
