Slow getaway at the start saw me right at the back of the que ,  I ran wide trying to catch up ,full tank cold tyres , later I was slowly catching up to the Fezzer of Dave R , pesswd a bit too hard and slid off the track ,ended up facing the barrier with no option other than reverse out part way onto the track , along came Dulima at full toss , loads of room for him to get by on the inside but he decides its better to T Bone me .

Save Accelerated

First I wanted to congratulate Pete Bennett on the win

Girard for second place

I wanted to apologize to Rannier, sorry brother, I missed the

overtake you and I ended up touching you, what could I do at that time,

I did, I waited, I returned the position and foot in the basement again

Darwin, I apologize too, I was speechless when

I saw you around the corner, I could only slam on the brakes, sorry for pulling you out

from the race

My run was a disaster at first, I was totally muted

The first two laps were terrible, me turning my

headset, until it established, but it was too late to fight for

win, I love this track, I made a really good fit for Braham

But it was an insane and fun race

I had a good fight with Higdon and Curtis

A big hug to all and have a good week

Long live GPL!

Once again, I apologize to you

It's a very fast turn, I'm not taking my mistake, but I saw it

that you moved and the time to think there was a thing of thousandths, I

I could only step on the brakes

Albert, I think I need to apologize to you for my driving on laps three and four. I think we had contact at least twice, though all of them were so mild on my end I didn't even realize we'd touched. And my re-entry to the track should have me DQ'd for the next race. I should have been a lot less aggressive. I was probably angry at myself for having gone off on L2 trying to overtake Eduardo, who'd made a small mistake coming out of T2. Again, I apologize.

Eric, it's such a shame that your Cosworth engine let you down. That was developing into a lovely battle   So annoying when this happens. I had the same at Riverside.

Great pole time  Grin I couldn't match that and didn't quite make it into the 1:14s.

In the race, our lap times were pretty similar and I could keep you on the nose of my Ferrari but my top gear was not long enough to make use of any tow along the main straight. With your Lotus gone, I was able to pull out a lead whilst keeping the revs low and making use of the torque of the Ferrari engine. I popped an engine in qualifying so all I was focusing on was keeping below 9k revs and staying on the tarmac. All back-markers were well behaved and made lapping very safe. Thanks for your co-operation.

This is a great track so thanks to Jonny O for creating it for us to enjoy.

It was good to be back. I had to miss the last round as storm Eunice left me without power for the weekend.

See you next time.

Privs is there.  May be easier to find if you use the Sort: option (top-right) & order by Date.

Cheers,
