Excessive cutting of corners will seen as cheating and the results may be altered to reflect this.

(5) Rolling Start procedure (if applicable)
*It will be the pole sitter's responsibility to complete the first lap at a pace that allows the rest of the grid to follow comfortably
*There should be no overtaking or hard accelerating/braking
*Drivers should avoid getting too far behind or too close to the driver in front
*Approximately 20 seconds before crossing the start line the pole sitter should slow down to a speed of no more than 50mph (80km/h)
*Each following driver shall close up directly behind the driver in front also maintaining a speed of no more than 50mph (80km/h)
*The pole sitter should maintain that speed until they cross the start line and then accelerate away to start the race (lap2)
*Each following driver should only accelerate when the driver directly ahead does (they do not have to wait until crossing the start line)
*No overtaking is allowed before crossing the start line at the completion of the formation lap

This is a fun race while i finalise the details for the MC12 GT1 series.

A good chance for people to have a go on this Autopolis track, plenty of medium speed twisty bits and lots of eye candy if your graphics card can handle it!

Hi,

I tried the combo a bit and I must say it's quite fun for a modern car..
I was planning to join you guys if it's ok, but then realised it might clash with F1 GP combined to summer time swap here in France.. So have no idea if I could in the end.

Err good point, it should be highlighted the times are BST above.

I dont remember the VLN version we drove at Donnington Park that nice to drive...

My opinion isn't really worth as I don't like modern cars in general, but to me that "push2pass" thing is something I don't want to see.  Undecided

About both cars, I think they would become much more interesting with both ABS and TC forced off !  Roll Eyes

when we tried the two versions out last time some people liked the TT and some the VLN version. cant remember which was more popular. Anyway the practice server is up for Sundays fun race!

FYI - as people have mentioned this race will be held on british summertime which is GMT+1. I will update the top of the thread
