Not done a good job in quali. Didn't touch the car since GT1 Sprint here and it showed. Seems like I have to do some laps prior to race to refresh my memory and to adapt a car to my daily character changes
Qualified 8th and to be honest 6th,7th,8th and 8th were within 0,5 seconds, I think. Sounded promising.
Race started and I came into slipstream of Zacaris F550 at the last corner came alongside and started braking before my optimal braking point - to have some reserve. Well, seems like the margin was still too low as I clipped Mo (who was driving before Zacari) in his Viper, turning him and he ended in the sand. DAMN!
Did exactly what I warned others not to!
Braking with cold tyres and cold brakes too close to the car in front.
Fortunately Zacari was able to drive through the mess. Anyway, I waited for Mo to join the race to let him past, but NGTs came by and he had to wait before rejoining safely. I also waited but then noticed I was in a way, so I started going again. After I overtook NGTs I was driving slowly to let Mo catch up - my race was ruined anyway, so I thought to have a scrap with Mo. Seems like he ran into some kind of trouble and after some laps he quit. I felt really miserable, not motivated to go on, so I fired up my engine into a big cloud of black smoke and quit.
