Excessive cutting of corners will seen as cheating and the results may be altered to reflect this.

(5) Start procedure (for Rolling Start if applicable)
*It will be the pole sitter's responsibility to complete the first lap at a pace that allows the rest of the grid to follow comfortably
*There should be no overtaking or hard accelerating/braking
*Drivers should avoid getting too far behind or too close to the driver in front
*Approximately 20 seconds before crossing the start line the pole sitter should slow down to a speed of no more than 50mph (80km/h)
*Each following driver shall close up directly behind the driver in front also maintaining a speed of no more than 50mph (80km/h)
*The pole sitter should maintain that speed until they cross the start line and then accelerate away to start the race (lap2)
*Each following driver should only accelerate when the driver directly ahead does (they do not have to wait until crossing the start line)
*No overtaking is allowed before crossing the start line at the completion of the formation lap

After suggestion from GT and Steffan we will be trying out the EURO NASCARS this Sunday. Unfortunately I wont be able to add these cars to the server and test until saturday night, so be aware that if it doesnt work we will revert to another car type at the same venue.

Top quality mod this 

Basically spec/stock cars with different bodywork so setups are interchangeable. Physics seems spot on and the ffb is about as good as it gets in AC.

Don't like the 2 x 20mins sprint format, a personal thing as I just can't get into the mood for it. Also I think real life races are around 40mins which would bring in a bit of tyre management.

Hope we get a decent turnout.

I have tried setting up the server for the Euro NASCAR's, but i cant get it to work with these cars so i have made the following changes to tonights race:

Car type - GT2's

track - Nurburgring GP

Race length - 40 mins

I have updated the top of the thread, when i have more time i will see if i can work out why its not working
