Championship Standings

Example Setups:

Notes:
(1) It's best if all drivers can make sure they are connected before the Qualifying session as drivers on track during qualifying will not see
cars that join after they are on track until they go back to the garage.
(2) Please make sure you are fully aware of the SimRacing.org.uk Rules especially the
rules about in-game chat messages.
(3) You will need to install Race Room Racing Experience from Steam, and have the Euro and American Track Packs for this series (And maybe another
non pack track occasionally)
(4) Please exercise caution when pitting as some tracks have a speed limit.

(5) Please follow the SROUK guidelines for using kerbs etc. Please keep 2 wheels on the track surface (kerbs do not count as track surface)
Excessive cutting of corners will seen as cheating and the results may be altered to reflect this.

Again another rubbish race for me. Good start and jumnped to first very briefly then in 4th as everyone streamed around me in the first couple of turns. Dieter and Matt both kindly had offs and let me through to 2nd and I quickly closed the 2 seconds to Birger. Then slightly caught that red half football curb thing on the inside of T3 I think, that slowed the car dramatically but then there was a delayed loss of grip and the car went sideways. Broken car, I did try and see if it was worth continuing but it was a lost cause. Such a small mistake, such huge disappointment.

Sorry to see Pete and Matt drop out early on, which left just two of us in the race. Birger slowed to let me catch back up after my first lap mistake, and from then on we had a cracking race, swopping places several times. Towards the end I made another mistake at T1 after getting distracted by the lap message at the startline, and Birger went past to take the win, but it was well deserved after the earlier slowing down.

Great drive Birger, and great fun. Just a shame about the low turnout..   Embarrassed

Sorry for the no show last night. In fact it is unlikely I will be putting in appearance very often in the near future. If anyone wants to continue posting the races at S3 Forum & on Discord, feel free.

Thx, and indeed when we where with only 2 drivers left. I hadn`t the motivation to drive 25min alone. And indeed we had a great battle

Noticed some time the low turnout   Sad Sad Sad

Is it maybe an idea that we join another league and join as team SROUK?

i`m racing on sunday with SRB (only 2x10 race`s in 1 year, one comp during spring and 1 in autumn)
and every monday with ACR (3x20min race`s, mostly 1 competition DTM and WTCR latest year and 1 other race) with stream and live commentary

Yes, seems we are going down in numbers again here which is a great shame.

Race Department used to put on some great RRE races every week, but have stopped that now except for constant and repetitive GT3 events. Finding decent historic stuff on Discord was pretty much impossible last time I looked. Is the situation any better now? Are we better joining the new official ranked championships events?

Seems like we may be at a bit of a crossroads (again) with RRE. I hope we can continue.

Yeh, all is fine Frex, thanks. To be honest I have not really been enjoying most of the RRE races recently due to the numbers, with only 5 or 6 competitors the chances of having a fun race are not good & most of the time it is just hot lapping. When the Sunday races went to AC only I looked for somewhere else to race on Sundays & joined SCB on Discord & have been racing RRE there regularly on Sundays & also more recently on Fridays too with grid numbers between 12 & 30. Essentially that means I have been racing 5 evenings a week with GTL (Mondays) & AC (Wednesdays) here. That isn't fair on Mrs Geoffers, so one night has to go & unfortunately that has to be Thursday RRE.

If anyone else is interested in racing at SCB, they have a bit of a dislike of the popular GT3s but race pretty much anything else in RRE. The recent Sunday series have been FR-US, NSUs, Group 5 & Audi TT RS. Fridays are voted on from 3 choices picked by drivers. They also run AC & ACC races.

Funny you mentioned the ranked championships Frex, I have applied for the first round of the BMWs, I can squeeze that in before the AC race here on the Wednesday.

Looked like being a decent race for me, until I smashed the front into a wall.
Car was understeering like crazy after that, was not going to catch anyone.
