What a terrible pace lap, is it so hard to do 70-80mph for 1 lap . Saw some really bad behaviour, but I'll keep that private. I was on a roll tonight. Near the end I was in 3rd and it looked like I would stay there untill the finish. And that would have been 3rd overall, not in the GT3 class . But I tried to go faster and faster through Schumacher and the last time I did it the fastest. So I flew over the barrier with only my seat left . Real shame as it would have been a daft result in the Viper CC, coming in 3rd overall

Had good quali, lost few places in first 2 laps but gained them back. Backo messed up and I was in the lead with a reasonable pace to pull out a nice lead. Then Backo came back... FAST. Made a split second decision to let him by and mind my own race. He caught up quickly with my intentions. Settled back in into comfortable 2nd, repeated the procedure with Backo once more ( ) then had a 1 minute lead on 3rd placed driver before my pits. Came in. Stopped. And then they stood there. Then they left. Tried to call them back but no, they were on strike or smthn. After spending some 6 mins in the pits rest of cars started to come in and what do you know, right where I was parked. So I left. Shame, was pretty sure of those 15 points.

guess what....first tyre wall....who would have thought it Qualified well....first in class I think....then lap 4 cought a kerb on the way out of shumacher and damaged my suspension (again..an exact repeat of what I did in the sprint....thought I would learn eh!) got back to the pits ok, without taking anybody out , and spent about a lap and a half getting repairs. I was running soft soft as intended to pit midway for a new set...but going in so early I thought I had better change to mediums and make them last me. made the car a little difficult but I just about got used to it when one of the leaders caught up with me at the first chicane which distracted me a little and bang....race over. :'( oh well...I have gained some more experience....next time folks

Second awful pace lap in a row. It was a complete mess. The leader should drive a steady pace for the entire lap around 75mph. The leaders job is the most important to stop concertina. Keeping the pace steady is the most important thing. Simon also sacrificing himself to flip Dave onto his roof (what happened there?!). Had massive understeer with the Viper, even with rear wing off and softs on the front. Oh well, I was compensating by turning in earlier and harder so the chicane moment was bound to happen sooner or later Tee hee. I was only GT3 and when Gizmo was on his roof I went to help. Figured the Viper CC was built strong enough to flip him back onto his wheels and it worked perfectly. First time slow hit and he went bouncing back onto his roof. Superb! Had to then pit to repair the damage to my car and at the same time top up and put tyres on, but it was worth it. Then later on I got a stop and go for "cutting", aka, taking one to many avoiding actions and failing to brake in time. Hmm. Then finally realised that my top up to the max of the tank after helping Gizmo back onto his roof wasn't enough and had to do a splash and dash with 25 minutes remaining. Worked hard to get up to Adam Pearle, shaving about 40 seconds off his lead on me, but still had another 30 seconds to go on the final lap. Well done to all that finished.

Well ... I finished the race. That's about the highlight. Had a couple of good min-battles although at the start it looked like Pops, SBG and me might have a battle royal .... nope. Rookie erro by me in trying to let Gizmo by dropped me back from Pops and SBG, and then Gerald blew by in the Mosler, only to park it infront of me at Schumacher. Apologies to those I had contact with .... there were a couple . Enough of this "kart" track, bring on some real race courses! Grats to the winners, and indeed to the finishers...and comiserations to those whose cars are still sprinkled round the track!

What a race that was, probably the best 30 mins of racing I've had for a while sparring with SBG I was gutted when you went out, I think we swapped the lead 4-5 times, it seemed like whoever was in front, it was their turn to make a mistake! After that I had a pretty big GTC lead, I tried to hunt Munkez down for a while but realised pretty quickly that was a futile endeavour so I took it real easy for the rest of the race, trying to take care of the engine and tyres. I had a dodgy moment when I came into the pits to find Shark in my spot! Panic was just setting in when he completed his pit-stop so I'm considering myself damn lucky there. In the end a nice GTC win, and I think 2nd in GT2/GTC. I'm pretty pleased with that!

for future reference, when you dont want to change anything do I just press enter??
You need to manually adjust all the settings on the board to make sure the tires say "no change", fuelling says '0 seconds' and no damage repairs, then hit enter.

First half of the race was very good. Me and Ruskus were constantly close enough that when either of us made a little mistake (which isn't surprising chucking those monsters around) we swapped positions. Was right behind when he pitted and I carried on and was aiming to use pretty much all of the 100L and add around 70-80 at my pit stop without changing the mediums I was on as they lasted fine the whole race. BUT I hit the first tyre barriers at the next time of asking whilst I even backed off a little which can cost you sometimes, and I had to stay in the pit for 112 seconds of something. Shame really as I think my strategy may have been enough to pip JR and would have been interesting to see where we would have ended up. Good race all the same, hopefully it can be round 3 on Tuesday. Well done Sharks on there respective finishing positions. and others who finished also.

Enough moaning . Congrats to all for some really gentlemanly and sensible racing tonight. Brilliant first 20 minutes fighting pops. Not to worry about our touch as we were both trying to avoid each other . Thanks for waiting though. Gotta laugh at the way we both went to pot as we led. Shame I ruined it by looking in the mirrors and finding the tyres instead. Much fun. Hats off to PR and Adam, twice, for letting me pass. And it seemed that everyone did their best to avoid mayhem at that death trap.

Tough, tough race. Finally qualified ahead of Picnic's MC12 and managed to make it through the first few laps okay, despite some cwazyness at the end of the pace lap, and was following Jure and Backo and then they touched going into the first chicane and, distracted I clipped the tyres and spun onto my roof. The marshalls refused to put me back on my roof so Shark very generously converted his Viper CC into a fork lift and bumped me upright again, the best part of two laps down but with relatively minor damage. Big thanks to all the GT3, GTC and GT2 cars I unlapped during that first half of the race, helpful to a fault each and every one. Pitted as early as possible, 15 seconds of repairs, a full tank and a fresh set of softs and I was back underway. Suddenly I had the race pace I had been expecting and I hacked my way back up through the field until JR was the only non-GT1 car ahead. The demise of Mike and Jure gave me 4th and then much to my surprise Dutch Shark binned it and I was on the podium - a real shock after being on my roof for two minutes!

Yeah, that really was daft. When there are only 24 starters really the game should be allocating everyone their own pit box, there must be enough at Enna, but for me to have come in on the same lap you wanted was just freakishly unlucky considering my pit strategy was out the window. I knew I didn't have long left in the pits when you parked up behind me, so hoped you'd have time to wait which thankfully you seemed to.

That was a tough race, I had a new setup for the MC12 and it gave me a few 10ths but the pace of Jure and Backo was miles ahead. I just hoped to keep Dave honest. Then on the first couple of laps I took everything easy and found myself leading Didn't last too long as the 24-7 boys got back into their stride and stormed past, leaving me to hope to hang on to third as Mike Sodito was fast enough to never let me pull out a gap. Sadly Mike had trouble as did Jure so I picked up a 2nd. I was lapped as well so crushing victory Backo old chap but I was a lap up on Dave (unsurprisingly!) Thanks to all the guys for making the lapping easy
