Moderator's Report

Server replay time: 468s

Pedro Silva gets up on the kerb on the exit of Pinetta and hits the barriers. This slows him a lot and Psuedo, who is behind and accelerating out of the chicane, bumps into the rear of Pedro spinning him round.
Psuedo was close behind and could not reasonably be expected to avoid the suddenly slowing car of Pedro. Psuedo waits anyway for Pedro to rejoin before following again.

Was really tempted to stay off this race tonight, but "cold turkey has got me on the run".  Grin
Qualified with a time 2 sec slower than training yesterday, so I thought, what the hell, lets drive while it lasts. It lasted for some time and after I started to think I might actually finish I slowed down automaticaly.  Cheesy  Was lucky that others made more mistakes than me, so I was gaining places. Was lucky also to close race with good guys who know what a fair play is and when to leave enough space to make it through the corner side by side. Don't know all who were close but I can mention Nevarn Richard, Purdie, Reign Man, Buckie and of course Mark McClean. Well done boys, glad to race with ya.  thumbup1 Hope you saw me in the same way and that I wasn't too pushy.  Sad
I ended 6th and despite a fabulous result (for me  Tongue) I can't say I'm looking forward to the Masters Endurance here.  Sad
Well done MJ for 9th place and too bad for Bernie and Darren - better luck next time.  Cool

Grats to finishers - all of us.  Grin   And to the front aliens. I'm speechless. Hats off!  alien

Started from way down the order, and like everyone else i know how much of a reputation this track has so i was confident that id gain some places by just keeping it on track yes.  Had the odd hairy moment but the most notable was when i was following a R24/7 car closely through one of the chicanes and next thing he wacked the tyres and flew up in the air, somehow i managed to drive right underneath him  whistling may have been Purdie ,not to sure.

I had three spins/slides throughout the race, all of them happening when i was battling for position with Mark and TT taz.  Paul Richards slipped by when i spun on the corner of the last lap.

Congrats to the podium

I remember you could brake very late at the first corner and that was the cause of one of your spins, Mark.  Sad I couldn't afford to brake so late, so I'm sorry if I caused you to spin. With that in mind, you never had troubles to catch up again soon, so I guess the straights on this circuit were a bit too short to overtake the same model of the car.

I had the same "problem" with Nevarn Richard - I remember I was able to brake much later for the last corner and it surprised me the first time - I spun there as well.  Sad  Good side of it was that Backo came by, hit my rear and turned me in the right directon. Despite that I lost at least 3 positions there.  Sad
Fortunately all those spun / crashed later so in fact I didn't lose anything. I managed to overtake Nevarn Richard a few laps later as my RSR was better on straight than his Mosler. Good racing all.  yes

sorry stnasky about that! i pressed esc so quickly! but i was 30ft above u anyway...lol

really enjoyed that race despite my dramatic DNF, had great quali with a pb but Paul R still pipped me !! r Angry Grin

quite a lot of drama at the beginning and i was picking up the pieces and up to 4th at one point. then i made a mistake and couldn't rejoin the track until the majority of the field had past. But that was cool cos i like overtaking so i worked my way up to 7th, had some great racing with Paul R when he made a mistake and dropped back to where i was, also with TrueTom!!! who TWICE overtook me on the outside into the first corner!! quality manoeuvre!  Kiss

good to be back racing! forgotten how much fun it was!

...and despite a few moans about destruction of Enna, i think it provides great races and a real challenge (which i failed  :'( lol)
