AC top 15 car mods

There are a few LMP2 cars floating around but this is only the second one released by a top quality modding team, the other one was of an earlier variant URD released as part of their PX pack a few years ago.

The new car is very well done as you'd expect, but tbh so was the old one.

It was released too late for me to try it last night - but is now available with 10% off currently
Plus as Spanner says, heavy discounting on all other products.
The GT & GTN packs are well worth it, as are the formula 1970, 1979 & 1990 mods (I'm sure the other modern stuff is equally good based on the free modern stuff I've tried)

I'll update on the Classic Endurance stuff later today (I'll also be able to sort the server for next weeks race at the same time)

That endurance pack does look very classy, these RSS guys seem top of the tree for car mod quality.  Saw they have a black friday sale on.

I bought the new pack last night and took all three cars out for a spin. Don't want to put any spoilers here, but it's an outstanding mod. There's some talk about the interpretations of the cars not being totally accurate regards years/specs but it doesn't spoil the experience from where I'm sitting.

The cars don't seem to be miles apart regards performance but each has it's strengths which are briefly described in the included read me. There are also some suggestions for applying BoP if desired.

Another note, pack is listed at £8.99 but you'll pay good old VAT on top of that

Managed a quick go in all 3 @ Barcelona (As we've been there recently).

I could drive the 333 for days if I thought I could get away with it

If you lot all take a gamble I'm more than happy to run a fun race in these next week - maybe shoe-horn in a series if we manage to collect a few drivers from the server message too...

I just bought the Endurance Pack. yes, its a tenner but hey a pint now costs £5-6 ! and this will last longer than my pint  plus it gives them the resources to make even more great mods. 
Dont run it next week though, we have Monza Grp C and i also have two other races that week

I'm always wary of all these mods tbh. Even the GTN pack we used at thruxton didnt feel right entirely right setup wise. But all of these are a matter of intepretation on car dynamics, setup options and expected behavior.

Saying that just looking through their website its hard not to drool at all the cars available, even the single seaters.

And have bought the GT pack (If just from a GTR2 vibe) and this pack!

well I'm going to take a gamble on those endurance cars,  purely because of the many hours of fun I had thrashing the toyota and nissan in gran turismo years ago...




While I'm at it has anyone tried the 1970 V8  mod from RSS and are we ever likely to race them?


I already have the GT and GTN  packs so no need to buy those.

I have it. It's actually 2 cars of the same model which have a few different aero options and configs. As usual from RSS it's extremely well done.... easily the best single seater of the period in AC imo.

I think the THR league are holding a test race soon so possible that they might be running it next season on the weekends. Would be cool to have a series here but I just don't think there's the interest unfortunately.
