Got a pole, was leading the race and in the second lap I hit the invisible cone. Fought back to 3rd and sudenly my GTR decides to close down. I've been playing GTR since November last year and I never experienced CTD. Better luck next time I guess.

Urrrggghhh Was beginning to enjoy this track and I totally blew it Missed my brake point at T1 and whacked the back of Bernie AGAIN!!! Luckilly it was only me that went off this time. Dropped me to 11th, then I hit the invisible cone and went back to 13th Began to make my way back up, had some brilliant battles along the way (PaulW I didnt intend to pass you there, I locked the wheels and had nowhere else to go!) especially my little epic to pass Popabawa, top driving m8 Found my way up to 4th and caught the battle for 2nd between Trutom and Paul968, went to pass Paul when I got a run on him after he made a mistake, locked up the wheels AGAIN!!! and spun. Managed to hold 4th, then ended up quitting the race 1 lap too early DOH!!! I have to find a solution to these f'king brakes, it's just way too easy to lock the wheels!!! note to self: STOP REAR-ENDING BERNIE!!!!

Man, really feel for you all. It's lame in the extreme that you can effectively chuck a load of practice hours in the bin because of a seemingly unfixable bug Had a fairly hectic qually run with only one tidy lap in the end that was a second off my PB, for my moeny I'd love qually to be extended to 20 minutes. Started 11th (I think) and hit the same invisible cone the rest of you caught on the second to last corner while on the parade lap Recovered for 12th and got underway. Why is it I'm fine all day, fine through practice, fine in qualifying, fine through 90% of the parade lap and then, BAM, I started getting itches all over as start the race? Had a great tussle with Pops for the first few laps. Mike Wrightson caught the two of us up about 6 in and he looked like he had at least a second a lap on me. Did my damndest to hold him off but 4 or 5 laps later he squeezed through with a tidy move. Really enjoyed watching Pops do the same to him with a ringside seat from behind. Was hoping to capitalise on their fight and nab a place or two but chose to back off a teeny bit and not kill the tyres instead. Eventually Mike got past Pops and we settled back in to a rhythm. I could see you were driving really really hard and leaving rubber here and there, I think in reality we were totally matched for pace at this track and I wasn't going to do anything 'special' Fozz was about 6 seconds back with 4 or 5 laps to go and must have made a herculean effort to catch up because all of a sudden you were right behind me! Adrenaline pumping I just concentrated on sensible blocks that wouldn't see me punted off the track like a big jesse. Totally gutted to see Pops out break himself with only about 2 laps to go and I grabbed 4th place. A close overtaking moment from Fozz on the last lap sent my heartrate throught the roof but he didn't collect me in the slide and I coasted in to a 4th place. Chuffed to bits with it and I guess goes to show that average pace and staying on the track can work (thank God for me ).

Ummm, managed to hit Fozz again. There were 4 of us behind him, and had to veer here and there to avoid contacts. Plotajs punted me and I spun, but managed to get back into group after Fozz. When it decomposed I was 4th behind Fozz and was trying to be near to be able to overtake. He was braking a bit sooner and I was too fast to stop, shoved him into sand in the same place as Plotajs punted me. By that time the first one was too far to chase so we had a go with MikeW and Paul968. I came second and beer feels really good. As for Fozzmeister, I have to say sorry, again. Maybe Mike Shoemaker has too much influence on me...

Treat 1fps bugs like engine problems in the real world <ducks> Had a horrid first couple of laps getting it wrong on my own or, in at least one case, with someone else. I need to watch the replay, which incidentally is available on the website. After those first couple of dodgy laps settled down in clear air and ran my own race in the 44/45 bracket and gained a few places simple because of others problems. A flukey 6th place

I knew it was about my last chance and I had a big gap the 6th place. I wanted to get you at the hairpin, but was too far behind. I followed you really close (for me, i usually back off there if anywhere near behind someone) through the chicane afterwards. I noticed that you were taking 180 properly which is really slow in and has a late apex, Plenty of time for me to go inside and block your exit. I've come to trust racing close to you and I knew i wouldn't cause contact on the way in... unfortunately I locked and spun (pretty much my only mistake), then took it easy for the remainder of the lap to a quite nice 5th place.

Should have waited for the straight to overtake him. Sorry again, hope there was no damage to your car.

No, no damage to the car, nerves only. It happens when we're all bunched together. Even so, the group was tighter as Fozzmeister was driving defensively and was braking a bit early. I hit Fozzmeister a few laps afterwards in the same spot when I wanted to stay close to overtake. He allways had a better exit and managed to stay in front of me - until the incident.

The only two ways you'd get past me is if you back off and take a run at me (as i can't do that then) or for me to make a mistake... You found the third way Fozzmeister

That was a total disaster for me, Im very dissapointed tbh. After all the practice and getting the lines almost right, I went and hit the bleeding wall at the beginning of the start-finish!! I must have spun off about 6 times during the race, just through trying too hard really Hope I didnt get in anyones way whilst being lapped.
