I have noticed that there are a few additional modded wheel files available for download now, from nogrip etc.

I think this is covered in the skinning instuctions provided by Dave, but can we use any of the newer wheel files or only the standard ones?

If not, can i apply the modded wheel files to my own version of GTL, for my own skins, and will this affect online compatability?

I don't think you can safely do this without editing the GenString code in the .CAR file, which will cause you to be booted as a possible cheat.

The problem with wheels is that they're a shared resource which then needs an additional register of who owns what to be maintained. Life's too short!

Sack that!
I wish Simbin would get a load of these mods together, and release them as an add on, or patch - there is some really good stuff out there.

How about just testing when we test the Jag skins, just keep updated on the Jag skin discussion.

I doubt we'll do specific testing for the Jag skins - we'll probably just release a mid-season update.
