The G25 wheel is at least as big a step forward from the DFP as the DFP was from the LWFF GP. In what way Dave? Is there more feel? faster response? higher quality? Dunno about faster response, but it's incredibly smooth, and the force feedback seems so much more direct than the DFP - and I haven't even set it up properly yet!

B'ah, early bath for me :'( Was really enjoying that too, fantastic adrenalin rush that track gives you in close tight battles. Qually was excellent with the top 8 seperated by 100ths of a second, the merest blink of an eye moving you up or down the grid Race was fantastic, glued to Jure's Lambo in similar machinery for about 12 laps with SBG less than a second behind us and the front 9 or so of us all in a fast train. Moved upto 5th or 6th when Mo and Gazza? went wide and was trying every angle to squeeze past Jure to no avail Then, my pre race fear came to fruition as i gave it just a little too much gas on the exit of Turn 1 and the car understeered off into the armco Got front left suspension damage and meandered back across the track fortunately not collecting Mo, but it was close! Tried getting around the next 2 corners but it understeered straight off and my pit was telling me to come in for repairs...had no choice but to park up and retire :'(

Terrible race for me. Got a pb in quali which I was happy about but got tagged at the first turn in race and suffered some aero damage and really struggled to keep the car on the tarmac..I eventually gave up any hope of chasing anyone so pitted for repairs and just tootled round til the end. I am SO GLAD to see the back of Adria ....roll on SPA....... Grats to winner and podium.

Tough break MJ and agreed, that was much fun. Not sure Adria provides "proper" racing but its about the only track were it's impossible to pass without a mistake, no matter how slow I am , which makes it worthwhile in itself. Stuck in the Jure train for countless laps with no chance to pass MJ. After his unfortunate off it was my turn to pester Jure but he would not break, good solid work mate. After a few laps the flying Mo caught me up and got past only to go off again. Bugger me if he didn't catch me again (great fun watching you push hard in the mirrors, worth the entrance fee alone ) but I held him till final lap. At least I thought it was the final lap , I slowed, he sped past and then I realised we had one more to go. Who cares when it was that much fun and I at least I didn't wreck as I was just about to Grats to winners and all that took part. For the life of me don't understand why this series and GT3 stuff, which have provided the best racing by far this season, aren't better attended.

Started 4th, finished 4th. Was really close in the opening stages and thought it would be a fight for 2nd for the whole race, until Gazza and Mo's unlucky coming together. Somehow Baracus got me on T1, lesson learnt there! Gd move. Also TT managed to get me at the same place about half way through the race. I tried to come back but was already sliding everywhere, and really started to get ragged towards the end, sliding off the track a couple of times and half spinning, laying big slides down everywhere. Gd start to the race anyway. Looking forward to Spa, much better than smelly Adria. Did anybody like it?

I've enjoyed the couple of GT3 races I've done but Mondays are only so so for me for a race night and after Adria on Sunday I needed a break. Hmm wonder if that had anything to do with tonight's turnout in general

Bah! You're all too damn fast I think someone came and replaced my setup with one from a drift car - the back end was stepping out all over the place. I'm sure it gave Mark Mc. something to watch! Managed a 1:11 in qualifying, but couldn't get near that in the race, but was holding off Mark, until I put a wheel on the grass on the lap corner, spun out, and dropped 2 places. Other than that it was just a hotlap session really I don't think the Saleen is very good at this track - it's like driving a Sherman tank around your living room

Great time here in Adria! It's an interesting circuit, once you get to know it. I know every little speck on the back Barracus' car. Watched it for most of the race and not a chance to pass. Once, only once I got beside but the s/f straight was not big enough. Towards the end the car became unpredictable on worn tyres so I decided 3rd is better than nothing. Freq was a constant threat and I'm glad I was able to concentrate the whole race, not making any serious mistake. Was funny in the beginning when Gazza lead the train of 5, 6 cars. Mo was getting impatient, and all of us with him. Pressure was sky high. And Zac had the same luck I had yesterday in z3m, lucky bu@@er. Sorry to see you didn't finish, MJ. TT

Did anybody like it? Dunno why but I did like it! Maybe its coz I didnt finish the race in the GT2's due to my mobile barbecue so i'm not Adria'ed out yet, but I found it has a really nice flow with not a moment to rest... and that's without other cars around me! Qualifying is the closest I have ever witnessed I think. 3 of us seperated by 0.003 so I started 5th. I managed to find half a second in Practice 2 (compared to Prac 1) and I got a faster time (just about) in Q but it was not enough! I'm sure there was some competitive sandbagging going on in the praccy :-) I had a lucky race methinks. First bend I braked too late and had no option but to cut down the inside to the apex 'accidentally' passing FreQ - honestly didnt mean to lunge like that and I was so relieved that I didnt take anyone out... phew! First few laps we were nose to tail P2 - P6 with all of us attacking and defending at the same time which was a bit nuts. Zacari was walking away at the front and eventually Gaz and Mo came a cropper and I sneaked past, now with TT latched on to me. I pushed for a couple of laps to see if I was going to be able to gain on Zacari but no chance - even with a pretty much 'on it' lap he was pulling away 0.1 a lap so I gave up the chase and focussed on keeping my 2nd place and keeping the tyres healthy, so I wasnt really pushing - just trying to keep wheelspin to a minimum and not outbrake myself. Gap between TT and myself stayed between 1 and 2 seconds for almost the whole race but then he vanished with 3 or 4 to go and I could relax a bit to the finish. This was personally one of the most satisfying races i've had. I really felt on top of the car and tuned in to this track. Probably be back down to earth with a bump at Spa then

I quite liked this track. Qualy was good lots of space on track and got 2nd by a nats hair lol maybe a little false due to poor turn out but pleased anyway and was sooo relieved that Zacari got pole cause i was sh**ting it thinking i might have to lead the formation lap lol.
Start was ok, i was a little cautious coz i didnt wanna chuck it all away, Zacari zoomed off as i expected so just tried to get in a groove and keep it all nice and tidy. Could see train of cars behind me all very close and possibly a little quicker than me but i knew if i kept it clean i had a chance of holding on. Then in the little chicane after the hairpin Mo got very close and gave me i friendly tap and unfortunately spun me round. What made it worse was that i couldnt find the clutch button so my engine stalled and it took me an age to get goin again.
Red mist slightly down i really pushed hard to catch up but my GTR-PD thing was just a white blank pretty much all the race so had no info on what my tyres were doin and no time gaps. A few people spun which got me up to 9th and then had a good couple of laps trying to get past someone in a corvette which eventually i did so finnishing 8th.
grats to winner and podium.

I would have liked to race but just work comes first I'm afraid.
A bit odd only 13 cars tonight? I know many people did not like the track, but like myself rolled their sleeves up and got on with it.

Looking forward to Spa, much better than smelly Adria. Did anybody like it? Well, I don't think it's the worst track in the world Honestly I'm not sure why people dislike it so much. Qualifying was amazing, the top-5 were covered by less than a tenth of a second and after discoing early-on I managed to sneak pole by a VERY small margin The race was less close but still good fun I could scarper in the opening laps whilst everyone squabbled for 2nd, pulling out a second a lap. Baracus ended up 2nd around lap 10, and after 3 or 4 laps making sure I wasn't being caught I could relax more until the finish A bit disappointed more weren't there racing tonight, though to be honest I wasn't planning on racing tonight either Before tonight, over the last 2 weeks I've turned roughly 200 laps around this place, so I can see why people were less interested in the final race at the track- especially when the cup race yesterday was here as well. Not that I mind too much, I don't think I've ever won back-to-back races in the same series before the downside being lots of ballast at Spa can I donate some ballast to JR? Well done to everyone who turned out
