So here it is!


All members welcome

Practice: 19:30 (5 mins)
Qual: 19:35 (15 mins)
Race 1: 19:50 (8 laps) about 12 mins
Race 2: 20:04 (8 laps)       ""

Track: Istanbul
Cars: F3000
Time of Day: 14:00
Weather: Dry
Start: STANDING

Server: SRou Istanbul fun run
Password: normal practice password

notes
You won't be able to join just for race 2, there are no inter-race warm up sessions and the second race will have the first 8 finishers reversed on the grid.

Thats a shame Picnic. Not a lot of choice on the possible days we have to run these, as the race schedule's are rather full Undecided
We will have to see what suits people best if we get it off the ground.

I should make this race, but I often work on wednesday evenings, so if this gets the Race 07 day I won't make alot of races  Undecided. Dunno about mondays for some people?

True but IMO the GT3 cup simulates Race 07 with the raceprocedure etc. And I think Race adds more variety to the racing.

It's a heck of a lot bumpier in the F3000 than the Caterham. I feel like my teeth are going to fall out. Grin Seems to really stick the ground in the fast stuff and then struggle round the really slow stuff. Seems right considering the amount of downforce these cars must have.

IIRC Don and I were both lapping in 1:43s last week so probably 1:40. laugh
