Since Race '07 has a formal mechanism for skinned cars I guess we don't need any rules, other than pick a sensible and unique directory name for you skin.

I don't know how often we'll want to release updates to the official pack but obviously because the game works fine whether or not all players have all skins I guess it will be sporadic. Folks can always "top up" with skins as they're posted.
