Lap 10: Paul Taylor vs Lucinda Wong.
Paul spins at the final bend and ends up pointing the wrong way round at the right hand side of the bend. Paul waits a moment and rejoins the track. Unfortunately Luci is appearing over the crest and collects Paul on her way. At the point that PT starts his rejoining manoevre from in the car there is no sound of an approaching vehicle. Due to the way he finished up, rejoining at that part would never be easy and a shift-R is just as dodgy. However, PT should have done a stop-go after this but failed to do so.

Lap 10: Paul Taylor vs Ant Miller
This incident occurs directly after the one above, so I have to take into account the situation from both parties' perspectives. As Paul rejoins after the above he starts the straight at a reduced speed. Ant Miller has seen him rejoin but runs along the outside into the 1st corner. Paul has the racing line and Ant turn in regardless catching Paul's gearbox with the obvious result. However, Paul does catch the inside kerb and washes wide slightly. I've played this one a few times and my decision is as follows: Penalty 5 points Ant Miller as Ant knew Paul was there and should have conceded the corner.

Ant uses a second Shift-R following the lap 10 incident. In Division 2, only one shift-r is allowed to promote cleaner racing. Other drivers have abided by this rule and have retired themselves. Hence I cannot give a penalty as this would allow drivers to use a second shift-r knowing that they'd get a reduced points score for that race. This would be unfair to all other Div 2 drivers that have gracefully chosen to retire in the previous races.
Hence I must exclude Ant Miller from the results at Zandvoort.
