Good race for me, tho lonely. Finished with wear of 37 at the front left and was afraid for a puncture . I saw a few people race around with cars on Dunlops. Not only is that the worst slick, it's also the most difficult to race slick. So if there is another car (same car, different variation) with Michelins, take that one instead as it will make your life a lot easier

Good win Jeff
Pushed hard at the start to hold off Mark and TT which kept me in touch with Dan. He then made a mistake and I was passed. I then expected him to challenge almost immediately so I pushed on and to my surprise I eeked out a small gap to the cars behind. As tyres wore the gap grew a bit so I was able to relax a bit more. Tried to close the gap on Jeff once past half way but he was far too fast to catch. Pleased with second as only set car up at 7pm.

That was tough ...Chose hards for the rears which didnt work well as the fell to pieces after about 15 mins. Jeff set of at a crazy pace and managed too hang on for a LAP!! Made a mistake and Paul went through and then found myself holding my team mate up so let him through, TT caught me and was so much later on the brakes then after a couple of dummies he went through at turn 2 (good move mate ) then it was just a case of trying not to go off at every corner. Grats to pdium cheers

I phoned nildram and they say that I haven't been migrated yet, nothing has changed their end and he can see that im getting 4mbs and not getting disconnects too often. I said its not that its disconnecting, its just slow, but he said the line looks OK. Strange how its been rock solid for many years until this last week!
Despite what they claim, if your connection to the exchange looks okay but the packets just aren't flowing, you're running on the Tiscali backbone (or they've ferkled their own backbone too).

What a snooze fest.
Going from left to right as far as possible on the runway was as close as I got to having any fun.
I don't know Simon....using the Morgan as a lawnmower looked like fun too.... Well what can I say....that was just about my best race ever. Didn't really get a clean run in qually so ended up over 1/2 a sec off my pb....11th wasn't too bad though. Race went....well dead smooth. I never fell off the road and just kept plodding along on mediums all round...no wear to write home about. Had a few hairy moments when Backo's engine blew (unlucky mate )....and avoiding a couple of spinners whilst chasing MJ. Great battle for the last few laps Mark.....kept giving me a sniff then snatching the hanky away, the only way passed would have been through a mistake, and you don't make too many of them. Dead happy with my highest ever finish...I'm getting better all the time...best watch out when I get a wheel eh! Grats Jeff and podium

... TT caught me and was so much later on the brakes then after a couple of dummies he went through at turn 2 (good move mate ) then it was just a case of trying not to go off at every corner. Grats to pdium cheers Good chase, Dan! Yeah, I could brake much later, almost got caught and had to lock the first time. Then chose to get alongside and scare ya. Made a mistake in the opening turns, had to fight my way up and had some great laps with Legends Steve and Mark. Had some scarry moments with Luke when we touched but I was able to continue. Then some chase with Dan who was slower in just one corner. Had a gap of 5 sec to MarkMc and couldn't close it no matter what I did. So I settled for 4th which is superb for Anderstorp. Then he made a mistake in the last lap but he managed to stay in front, less than a second difference at finish line. I bet it shortened your life more than one ciggy, eh Mark? Grats to podium. TT

Where to begin? My quickest lap in qualy so was happy. I'm not sure what happened on the pace lap, sory Dave for hitting the back of you which knocked out your lights and i wasnt sure when the limiter came on as nobodies lights were flashing. Ended up getting caught in peoples accidents in the first few laps and couldnt quite get into a rythm with people taking different lines and speeds. However a few people fell off in front and then managed to get my head down a string a few fastest laps( for me!) in while trying to chase down Munkez who was about 16 secs ahead. I think via a few lappers and me pushing i manged to close up to the back of Munkez and it looked like you were struggling a bit so i thought i'd just follow you around when you got on the grass before the left hander and i thought i'd give you room and brake early but you braked early and i didnt have anywhere to go! Sorry about that, i should have been more obvious! So after you fell off again and i fell off again Ended chasing you till the end but thought i'd give you a bit more room! My medium/hard dunlops worked really well. Havent really run the hards before but they definately helped. I was pushing all race and only the fronts were going abit with the high track temps. I thought the idea of a michelin shod mosler wasnt applicable this season?

Wow, my best race yet. Qualified 15th, finished 13th, almost clean race throughout (until the very end).
There was some confusion in the end of the warmup lap, a little pileup ahead just before the last corner, got bumped in the rear but no significant damage. After that I got confused with the speed limiter, ending up with a gap ahead and behind. Eventually we got underway.
After a couple of laps I had to yield two places after running T3 a bit wide, regaining position ahead of LeeB after he'd spun the first corner. The race was on after that. He was slowly closing my lead, I could pull away on the straight and he would then catch up. We swapped places a couple of times.
Near the end of the race I was ahead, with the leaders catching up on us. I found myself trying to outrun Ruskus, since LeeB was chasing close behind. This proved futile of course, and I let him pass with two laps to go, LeeB now just a second or so behind. On the final lap I again made a mistake in T3 and he was breathing down my neck on the straight. The exact same situation in the beginning of the race in my mind, I kept a close eye on him in the mirror. A bit too close, since I missed the brake point and ran straight into the gravel trap. He probably would have had me in the corner anyway, so no damage done there.
Best results and cleanest race so far for me, looking forward to the Endurance race with the same car!

Pretty flippin' annoyed at being spun round twice in the same place by the same driver. I await the replay to make comment. For once I actually had concentration on my side on a track I know well. Oh well, roll on Barcelona, I've never raced there before. I believe that may of been me Steve. I cant be sorry enough and cant feel like much more of a p**t, both times it was my fault and just over cooked it that little too much on the brakes, no excuse that can regain you the positions lost on track. Very very sorry mate :'(, I will be awaiting sanction from moderators for both incidents. Hope you can accept my apologies and I will steer well clear at Barcelona

Qually 7th with my PB and was soon up to 5th after a couple of cars went off in front of me and just kept going down after that. Got back to 6th and held it there for a while and had a few good battle and sadly hit Steve up the rear twice in the same place, feel ike a right twat after that. With about 20 mins left tyres were tarting to feel cooked and I spun twice, went in the kitty litter once aswell and dropped to 11th. Not the best of nights for me.

I must've clicked the wrong GTR2 Manager link. Replay and result now up. I'm not sure what happened on the pace lap, sory Dave for hitting the back of you which knocked out your lights and i wasnt sure when the limiter came on as nobodies lights were flashing. Not really your fault - the field just ground to a standstill behind the final corner. Then whoever was in front of me left an enourmous gap when we did start.
