Moderator's Report

Server replay time: 316s

JPS starts wide and cuts across, and slams, both Sandow and Will into Stowe. They had effectively passed him and are in front by this point. JPS explains that he didn't see them due to technical problems and this is exactly how it looks, so we have no reason to doubt him.

We would expect drivers to end their race if they have any inkling of technical issues that could affect others. However, this was JPS's first GTL race and he was simply not aware that this was the case. Therefore no penalty is warranted.

  • JPS (JPS1)advice — Leave the race if you realise you are experiencing technical problems.

yep....To all drivers....its nothing to worry about...a gentleman has posted it as way of an apollogy for his dodgy connection issues during the race.  Wink

Wasn't able to tame the BMW and get consistent times under 1:40. Shortly before the race I realized I was using the wrong gear ratio, but it was to late. So needless to say I wasn't lookign forward to this race as I was struggling with the track all week.

Had a great start to the race using all of that BMW power to fly past a few guys gaining some positions, however I think at about Turn 2 or 3 I got poopeed off the track and rejoined in last. My only hope in this race was traffic as any gaps in space would leave me far far behind, unfortunatley the size of this track made traffic an impossiblity.

I started getting a whole bunch of weird Cut track warnings for slipping off track, which ultimately got me a stop go. Took the stop go, continued on, and once again slipped a bit off track and instantly got a stop go. Was already 2 laps down at this point and decided there was no need to take up room on track and retired.
