All members welcome.

Practice: 20:15 (10 mins)
Qualifying: 20:25 (25 mins)
Race: 20:50 (39 laps = ~40 mins)

Track: Crystal Palace 2.1.1.0 from downloads page.

Time of Day Setting: 12:00
Start: STANDING

Server: UKGTL Mod Test
Password: see above

Notes:
(1) It's best if all drivers can make sure they are connected before the Qualifying session as drivers on track during qualifying will not see cars that join after they are on track until they go back to the garage.
(2) Please make sure you are fully aware of the SimRacing.org.uk Rules.
(3) The race will be run using the UKGTL Skin Pack 1.6.5.0 which will need to be installed prior to racing; please get it from the downloads page.

Please note that this race will use a new version of Crystal Palace and you will have to use this version, available from dl page. It replaces older version which only allowed a grid of 18, so we hope for a biggish turnout as a good test. Many thanks to Pseudo for working with the tracks makers and getting a fix for this track and Cadwell. Top work  Smiley

Also remember to install versions of mods (both 250 and DB4) from dl page as they do differ from standard packages. Don't be as stupid as me  Lips Sealed

Just finished a race against a 30 strong AI field and can report back that it was a very close race with no one car type showing up as being clearly dominant or outclassed. And it looked superb  Grin

Erm, I just loaded this up offline & it would only allow me to set a maximum race length of 20 laps. The Race is 39. Have I done something stupid or is it a problem?

No that's how it is. Online you can set more laps (I hope).

Go into the track's gdb file and change it from 20 to 40 then it will give you 40 laps offline.

but dont forget to set it back the way it should be before joining the server....otherwise you will get a gdb mismatch and we can't allow anyone to run with that. Wink
