Well done Asbjeurn for a first UKGPL win, though Sam was obviously not pleased to have spun twice in the lead. Also well done to the grid full getting away cleanly, and to all the drivers who perservered to the finish.. I noted that several of you suffered 'finish shock', where you continued for a lap after the flag, as if you couldn't quite believe that it was over!

L1 Loop
G.Poole is slightly slow and wide at the Loop, but Jon is too anxious to exploit the gap. He is almost past when Graham's front right makes contact with his left rear, but I am not convinced that it was this which sent him off, rather than his excess speed. However, I've waived the additional place for a Lap 1 incident and the associated yellow card points.

L4 Loop
Jon is first off at the Loop, Vlad follows and they collide off the track, it's like the 'Eagles Nest' at Monza... we've all done this!

L18 Loop
Al spins at the Loop and then allows his car to roll back slowly onto the racing line before trying to turn. Norbert is about to lap him and has no chance to avoid, even after slowing to go around Al's car stopped across the track. Al had a chance to brake and turn 180 instead, which would have been quicker, would have taken him off the track and also given him a view of what was coming.
Al failed to take sngs for this reset or another at 0:10:04, which during a Novices-only race is a nominal penalty of 1:00, however at this level I'm only going to inflict this penalty on drivers who haven't been lapped.
