If anyone's bothered I just d/led the new Indy car mod.

What a revelation.

I've not started rFactor for over 18 months but this little beaut has whetted my appetite for open wheelers again.

Got a load of American tracks (road course) like Roads America and Atlanta and have had a blast

Try it

Got a link?

I fancy trying RF just to see what its like with the G25. What bit of RF do I need from old install to get one on me new PC working? I can't remember my licence details so hopefully I can just transfer licence?

Oddly, I've found a 10 year old sim that does open wheel rather well  Smiley

I'll try that mod in a few days, also the new F1 mods from CTDP, F1 2006.

Shame rF isn't used here, it's a great platform for massive variety and a bit of fun in something new Smiley.

Hopfully there will be some news from isi soon about rFactor 2......the mentioned improvements will take it a few steps beyond GTR2 IMO

Listening to the interview on SRT, I got the impression that it will be 1-2 years before we see rFactor 2. I used to prefer rFactor, but since spending alot of time in GTR2 and iRacing, I can't get into it again. I'm interested to see if they can match the competition in the future, or maybe even raise the bar.
