Not this year. Enjoyed last year but froze my brazils off and ended up with a horrid cold for 3 days. Looks like it will be a tad warmer tomorrow though - have fun  Smiley

I saw the advert on Eurosport and thought how I'd managed to miss it. In any case, I'm ill in bed so can't really do much, but I'll make time to visit next year as it looks great. Where is it held this year?

Not as cold as last year - I never lost feeling in my feet this time. Cheesy

Crowd perhaps not quite as big as last year but god atmosphere and DC reaching the final certainly kept us shouting to the last.

Nice job from Loeb to win his semi despite driving fully under the barrier. laugh

Lewis clearly has magic car control compared to DC - though the latter has obviously been practising his doughnuts and unlike last year he managed to do them without stalling. Cheesy Pity the car versus bike thing didn't happen but it did look slippery as haddock out there.

Terry Grant was especially impressive when he drove an Evo right round the outside of the circuit on two wheels - how on earth does he turn in both directions without it ending up either on its roof or its wheels?! I Am Not Worthy

Thanks to Shark and the She Shark for taking me! Cool

DC was great, especially managing some doughnuts this time and just for good measure driving into the wall as expected in his F1 car. Hamilton was a star and the bloke with the Evo was mad and quite amazing to drive on two wheels around Wembley stadium, the full loop. I have some pictures of that and a video!

That 2 wheel thing is easy Wink I've seen Russ Swift lap Castle Combe a few times as part of his act, including the chicanes and the cambers at Bobbies.

I did think DC did the better doughnuts until his wall love-in Cheesy I thought Priaulx looked quick in his WTCC BMW.

Kept getting buffering pauses with the stream but as I thought wouldn't see this at all I'm not complaining.  Quite heavy on the bandwidth, used almost 2GB watching that!

I don't get why they advertised it so poorly though. The turnout was less than last year (46k this year and I think last year was around 50k), although I thought the crowd made a decent noise for only half filling the stadium. Ticket prices were lower than last year especially for families, but I only saw it advertised once and really close to the event on Sky (which is too late to be advertising it!). If they want people to come they need to advertise it much more and for longer beforehand.

The racing was really good, there were plenty of accidents, a Brit got to the final and the only annoying thing was the bloke with the bike doing the same stunts at every interval which got a bit boring.

It was cold, but not as cold as last year, although we were more prepared too (Mrs Shark had 2 jumpers and 2 coats on LOL) and 2 pairs of thick socks helped.
