rFactor Central login issue

Can anyone help??

I used rFactor Central about 8 months ago, but for various reasons (mostly PC was not upto job of running the game) did'nt use it again until recently after upgrading the PC so I can now join in online.

The problem is rFactor central recognises me via my IP adress but doesnt recognise any of my user names, passwords or more crucialy my email adress when I ask for a reminder.

If I click on rFactor Central Forums it wont let me in because it says "A user already exists matching my email adress".  But as above that doesnt ad up. Final straw is there is no contact point for rFactor Central so I can't see a way of getting hold of anyone to find out why I'm not recognised.

The home page even suggests I have mail, but I can't get it? I contacted the makers of rFactor themselves but Central is nothing to do with them!!

Can anyone help???  :'(
