C'mon H@l, you're too fast for that car. Hehe I intend to use the Viper GTC for the first race. That is the car that I have put most work into setting up. Mid 1.02 in the Viper at the moment. I thought I would use the Z4 for the second race. I got a high 1.01 with my setup in the Z4. What car(s) are you planning on taking TT? Does anyone want my Viper setup? See you later

I'll be taking my F430GTC, thank you. It's the only car I presumably have any control of. TT

If I am able to keep up in the first race, then maybe I will take the Viper in the second race as well. But I do have to get some kind of redemption for crashing into the pit wall from the lead at Monza. Especially now that people have started to say 'I did a H@L', when they crash (thanks Ruskus) Nice work on the cars, Psuedo and his helper Elves Viper GTC, rock on Best Christmas present of the season

As only the Aliens have been posting the times... I'm not embarrassed I can do a low 1:03 for all the cars (except DBRS9 which is a 1:05 & the Spyker is a 1:04). So I think you've done a cracking job of balancing the cars already.

phew that was fast, frantic and furious !! Not sure if a good track to test the various merits of the cars as you spend most of race in a train of close fighting cars Nice spread of cars tonight though, so will make a great series if so many car variations chosen That Z4s external engine sounds need reducing in volume, you cannot hear your own or anyone elses engines or gearbox when that is anywhere near you on track, really disorientating. Thought it was the vertigo at first but think its the z4. Probably a value in the .aud file needs reducing. Z4's pinched 4 of top 5 laptimes in race 1, dont know if that a pointing factor, along with guys like Busi saying its the fastest he's tested. Need more races on a variety of tracks to find that out i guess. Cars all look great and seem well matched.

That was quite good fun, much better than the nasty GT1 cars. Managed to download the car pack at 850k/sec with about 30 seconds to go, installed it, jumped in the server, selected a car as fast as possible and there I was. No idea what car i was in or track and plonked on the grid in 6th in the BMW Z4M apparently. Despite Gizmo saying it was Oschers B over team speak on the start line having driven it only once before I forgot that they cut half the circuit off so missed that sharp right hander on the first lap. Only caught me that once and I ended up finishing 2nd! Bizarre! Went and got the Spyker for round 2 and trying it in practice, was a lot slower than BMW, but ooodles of fun. Was so lairy was fab. Loads of grunt and powersliding was superb. Went to grid and nobody joined me. Was on my own and wondering what was happening only to be told on TeamSpeak that everyone had piled in to my non-moving car. Sorry about that, but I had no cars and no lights. I ESC and rejoined a lap down but server wasn't registering my lap times so no idea whether anyone could see me either I decided to pull off and retire. I'd once again forgotten how much better the racing fun factor is here compared to iRacing, so I hope the season starts soon as I want to join the fun of at least GTCs and Power and Glory.

Ditto the above Thats the first time I have connected my wheel since the last race here. Jumped in the vertigo for race1 but didnt check my setup too well and blew the engine after 3 laps. Took a Spyker for 2...although I had only ever watch the AI drive it before. Twas fun, till I hit a wall. Hopefully I will get chance to get some praccy in b4 the season starts.

Server has restarted to Monza Jnr.
I know. And some others. Results and replay now up. First race I somehow lost my setup changes from pre-race practice and ended up with a car which was 2 seconds a lap off the pace. Second race I was trying to tell you to escape off the grid Shark but you weren't listening. Promptly piled into the queue behind it, bending the steering, and had to spend two laps in the pits while they fixed it. At least I had my setup changes and was able to put in slightly more competitive lap times, although the Aston is massively down on straight line speed compared to the others and also drinks fuel almost as fast as the GT1 version. There's clearly some additional balancing required but I didn't think the differences were too excessive. I'll try and schedule more races starting Tuesday and mix up the twisty and the fast tracks.
