Tried the Healey on a few of the vanilla tracks and to be honest it felt a tad incongruous on them all. This one was best fun for me, we shall save Spa for later  Smiley Just something we have to do though.

The lap number is based on a quick spin in the Healey II. Feel free to mock Kiss

The healey is totally outclassed in this group. I think it would be better to find a group of similarly paced cars rather than rely on the groups given by p&g.

After a very quick spin in the 275 special I was in to the 2.15s [first post said 1.25s! oops!)] but I expect there is quite a bit more to come.

I won't be around for the race tho as I'm at the BETT show at Olympia all week - have fun  Smiley

might just be able to do this, finishes just before I have to leave for work. Why is quali so long though, 20 minutes should be more than enough as we've probably done a fair bit of praccy?

Big group, pick your fave Smiley Relax, have fun.

Although we will test more ourselves, the info gained from the pace you gents drive is invaluable. Imaginative and unusual choices please.

Just trying to make the race fun  Smiley some commented that the spread was too wide last time, and I reckon it's even bigger here. I would pick the most fun car to drive if was attending, but that would almost certainly not be one of the slow ones because their lack of power limits your options.

I finally got round to trying this mod... and IMHO the Healey magic which was so evident in GTL has vanished. :'(

Carefully picked my way round in the 575bhp Corvette in 2.22 so far, not tried the other cars yet
The car type groups are as stated a huge spread, the TR4 for example which I rather like
is no quicker than the Tina et al. Has anyone tried the 4 P&G performance related goups
to see if they make sense? rather than the class groups.

Seems to me there are pros and cons here, the Tina under braking is just silly, no way "realistic"
comes into the sentence, but can easily be cured with some more coast diff, so if you can
have fun races with it, who cares. Some of the other cars are great fun, and this is "different"
and something "new" to play with. If it works well enough I can go with the flow.

I think I may need a new graphics card, my monitor went flakey, so I treated myself to a new one
not a great fan of LCD screens, but I got one, and now have to run in it's native 1920x1200 and my
8800 GT is creaking, and Valencia (one of my fave tracks) gets choppy with low track detail
and low everything else. Not sure what would be a worthwhile upgrade in the 150 quid ish area?
