Tell me about it. That's what I got in the last TWO races in GTL.
In this one I cut the track, and immediately got a SnG. In GTL you have two warnings, right? Nothing like that in GTR? I went into the pits, and stopped in my stall. but instead of working off my SnG, I got the pitstop window. I pressed escape, thinking that would get me back into the pits, instead it was dnf.

GTR2 also has 2 warning, unless the cut is too big it will give a SnG immediatly to prevent people from having 2 get out of jail super laps cards:P

that explains why I got a sng and then one warning later on. Cheesy

I never raced at this track before and just jumped in qually without practice. Fortunately an easy track to learn. Setup wasn't great but I was managing. a few too many mistakes and with tire wear made the race tough for me. Apologies to any drivers that I made it difficult for with my bad handling car. Great track to race on, don't know what's all the fuss about. I really enjoyed driving around here. Smiley

as always thanks for having me. Smiley

Despite, I think, 8 stop and gos, 24 crashes, 2 new helmets, 4 sets of headlights, 8 new tyres, a dash of fuel and a very cheesed off pit crew I came 15th, 7 laps down. Yey! LOL.

Finished 11th after TWO Stop Go Penalties. Once or twice for the  inevitable bit of slight chicane cutting at this circuit, but twice for avoiding an accident in the middle of the chicane!!   Shocked

Despite that, good fun, nice circuit.

Far from impressed...nice track..got me 1st warning quite early...which was fair enough...then quite late into race got one..which considering i wasnt even on kerb i dont think is rather impressive..then similar thing happened again a few laps later...prob would have been 3rd-4th without those..ended up 7th...

Soz to Napo as well..slowed down much more than i anticipated

Was a bit lucky not to have any damage after collecting a porsche sliding back across the track. Think it was nsfast.

Sorry about that Jose.

My bad clutch control changing down to 2nd and suddenly I was spinning accross the track. Glad to hear to didn't get an major damage.

Got a stop n go on the first flying lap for no apparent reason (no previous warnings), then noticed that the timer in the top right corner was counting down from 24 hours  Huh

My position was showing correctly though so I thought I would carry on, but goodness knows what position the game actually had me in - when I got to the end it was showing everybody else as DNF.

Apart from that it was qutie enjoyable despite a second stop n go again without warning. Nice 2nd half of the race catching DG and then trying to keep the pace to hold him off. But then really sorry to Matt for the cod-up at the chicane where I think I took you off. Gave my place back to DG as a penalty to myself. Hope it didnt lose you any positions...

Big grats to teammate Gazza for yet another win  Cool

Nasty race Sad

I got a stop go and their was a car in my pit, even though I requested it early and the car in my pit was the only other car in the pit lane at the time. Doh!

Missed my pit in the confusion and drove round again. I then lost it with an over ambitious lapping attempt and had to hit 'Esc' to prevent from T-boning a car or 2. Shocked Sad Totally my own fault so I felt hitting the Esc key was the thing to do.

Was a bit unprepared tonight and payed the consequences. Roll Eyes

I was gutted to miss out on the rest of the race. Lapping was very, very hard work.

Well done podiums. Gazza and Team Psuedo now storm into the lead of the drivers and team championships. Grin

hehe, lol, contrary to most people, i thought it was a great track and would have been a fantastic close race other than that nasty instant stop and go penalty with no warnings. I got that on lap 4 or 5 and with such a short laptime meant i was 1 lap down as soon as i took it...i was in the top 7-10 when i got that  taz My only consolation was that about 5 others obviously all incurred the same thing and i soon got back to at least midfield.

Fought my way upto 6th until my pitstop, then dropped to 11th. Chased the guys ahead hard and ended the race a good 6th after a fantastic climactic battle with Peter A and Legzy that lasted the last 12mins or so of the race and showed how close the racing could have been without the penalties. Awesome fight gents  felt gutted for Pete when his TVR suddenly speared off the track at a chicane exit...unlucky mate.  Sad

LOved the track. shame about the overkeen cut track which seemed to be the initial right hand turn in bit
didn't see any cut warnings, a but took a little too much on one lap, and got S&G.
Qualed ok for me, was a bit late to set off at the green (sorry Mark) was wondering why a white car
was zooming up to pass when I hadn't turned off the limiter... followed NSfast? I think, very different lines
took a few laps to know where I could run close, so was being cautious, got thumped up the bum for my
trouble. Had some fun chasing Nsfast again later, got tapped off track by Ted, no worries car behind
was 30+ secs, and car in front even further.
Naff cut track warnings, loverly track I thought.

Like MJ I got a sudden unexpected SnG when I bit off a bit too much at the Esses early on.

Had a mostly good race, though I ran off early on avoiding the back of somebody, and a good scrap with Ted near the end (we were showing up on the same lap), although Matt's other VCC got in the way a bit. Tongue Tongue Tongue

The Aston's Achilles heel was magnified here; I burned 160 litres in total, costing another 15 seconds or so in the pits compared to most. Shocked At least I had reasonable tyre wear.

Good race for me, had no cut warnings at all which accounted for the margin i guess.

Sorry if the start was a little fast as i forgot the finish line was pretty close to the last corner and should of put limiter on a bit earlier i think.

Pulled away at start which was a little suprising as i thought RR would of been closer as he's usually faster in the race than qually. Had a good gap come the pitstop so decided to change all 4 tyres and after everyone else's pitstops was 44 seconds ahead. Took it a bit easy the last 20 Min's making sure not to get any cut warnings and lapping cars cautiously. Had a few moments though when Jose's car froze infront of me (luckily he had gone a little wide at the time so was able to miss him)  sweatdrop  and i remember a Morgan having a big tank slapper (well held who ever it was) infront of me  Cheesy

Grats Lazlow and Prof.

Unlucky H@l you were quite quick when we were practising. Well done Ted for hanging on.
