The non-ultra BODY1 and WINDOWS textures are ultra sized - they need to be 1024x1024 and 512x512 respectively to match the TeamUKGTR ones.

This might sound funny, but I have no idea how to change the size  Embarrassed  helpsmilie
I'm very much a photoshop novice, having never touched it before doing my GTL skin.
I'm also confused why the "non-ultra BODY1" would be wrong but not the ultra body one as they both came from the same file? surrender

If anyone can point me in the direction of how to fix, I'll be right on it.

The non-ultra and ultra are different sizes - the 'normal' one half the resolution; they specific one is picked based on whether the user has the 'high res car liveries' option (whatever it's called) selected. The non-ultra one is really intended for those with graphics cards that don't have enough texture memory for all the ultra textures.
