Week 13 - next week - Radical v. DP v. Solstice at Laguna. "Mixed Class Martial Arts" - no iRating and no SR. Just mixed class mayhem with a massive 46-car field limit Grin

The only way it could be better would be if it were are Silverstone or Sebring. laugh

46 cars with that differential in performance could end up really messy.

True but with no SR it won't be quite so important. laugh angel

The only real downside I can see is that you need to own both the Radical and Riley even if you're going to race the Solstice, though they hope that this won't be required in the long term when we get official mixed-car series.

It will be interesting to see how the impatient hot-lappers in the DP handle coming up behind a slowpoke in a solstice Tongue

No SR = half the field gone in the first 2 corners If they just implemented no resets for those races that would be fine, but no SR and unlimited resets, forget it, no thanks. Been there done that, tried 2 races with those rules before and it was a complete waste of time.

I need some seat time in the DP as I've barely driven it so far so I'll give it a go just for some racing experience in it, no matter how crappy it turns out to be.

I don't know why they don't introduce something like 0.5x for the SR in week 13, just to keep people honest.

After the first couple of days the wreckers get bored and go away, at least that's what happened last time.

Yes, but that leaves a field the size of a small cardboard box left, so we need the "wreckers" to make up the numbers.
